It's a little hard for me to be happy for the dead old man eloping with the fairy girl when he apparently had a family of some sort (I think that was his daughter and granddaughter in the final picture at least).

on hard mode I managed to do 3 games of only 2 hints used (which I got time bonus), and all other levels I had to do 4 hints. The detail of this game is great.

I think everyone around here (me included) picks the badgeof the day to earn it like they should....but.....most of the games are simply with not much depth, like a shooter or a puzzle game......this game is different, at least to me. a young boy becoming a man.....having a family who cared.....never giving up hope to see the moonlit woman again.....it brought up heavy emotions. five stars just for the story.

It isn't working. I can't beat the game for some reason. I get to the scene where he's flying away with the green chick, and then I can't advance past it even though I beat it.

Interestingly, you can control what the "real" image looks like; it'll match the difference under the circle when you click. Very small feature which I appreciated.

Wonderful game. I love the art. With many of the differences being able to be passed off as style differences, the two images just seamlessly run together. The hard mode is worth it if you enjoy the art.

Hard mode should be called.... Impossibly Hardcore mode... seriously Some dust on my screen was larger than some things that were different... Great game though 5/5 kept me entertained for a looong time.

the sound track is amazing. i didnt even mind spending 3 hours on hard mode just cus the sound was so relaxing...i beat it liek 2 years ago and still come back just for the music. i leave the title sceen on while i play other games

Very beautiful artwork, I find myself enthralled by the art enough that I keep forgetting to look for the differences. There's also quite beautiful music too, probably the first time I've said that... I really loved this game, and 'hard mode' is a bit of an understatement. I don't think I've studiously studied something that much before.

Very nice art, music a little repetitive, interface good, gameplay couldn't be more samey if it tried... once you know what to look for in each picture then it's always the same - tattoos, clothing patterns and tree branches covers 90% of the differences, a bit of variation would be nice. The story was a bit empty too but who plays difference games for the story?? Overall, could be better, even for a difference game.

For people that may need help, there is a relatively easy way to spot the differences. If you are able to go cross-eyed, as if you are looking at a stereoscopic picture, it will make the differences stand out a lot easier. When a picture is on top of the other, you''ll need to turn your head sideways!

i really like these difference games, but there is one thing that bothers me: even though there is a hard mode and the differences aren't so obvious, they are always placed at the same spots, like a missing texture on skin or clothes, a pile of grass or a tree's branch: it reoccurs in almost every picture

The quintessential spot-the-difference game. Always better with a story. This one in particular is touching in it's rather bittersweet ending. Good job.

Here is an example 3D steroscopic image. (Go cross eyed so that there is one image in the middle and 2 on either side, and concentrate on the middle one and bring it into focus). Although it is difficult, it is really cool if you get it! http://farm2.staticflickr.com/1260/1175937525_10c5b7f7e5_z.jpg

Hello! So by utilizing the stereoscopic images here, you can cross your eyes to form a single (almost 3D) image! Then, you can see what parts are fuzzy looking since only 1 eye sees it, and point out the differences really quickly!! I used that method to earn the #1 spot this week on my first try on hard. (Google for details)

So beautiful ;><; Ah, made my eyes well up with tears, its so well done! The artwork, the music really adds to it, I pictured the quiet aura of the forest, imagined his awe at finding such an ethereal being... Gave me shivers, thank you for making this game!
