Hint: It's ok to let the Cormorant bomb you on the 1st pass if it means clearing everything else out, full shields can withstand it and you will take minimal bunker damage. Trying to take it out and *failing* means everything else gets free hits on you and will probably destroy you with the downed shields.

Found a useful glitch. Click and hold to fire then drag your pointer just outside of the game window. The result is an auto-fire that saves some forefinger ache during long games.

It reminds me of the scene in Star Wars where Luke and Han shoot the tie-fighters out of the sky from the Millenium Falcon.

Ugh, Comorant is no problem, but I keep getting eaten alive by the fighters...Nothing else is a problem on hard except the #$*&#$@ing fighters. Last level is especially horrible. I got the choice of getting hammered by the Comorant or getting hammered by the 5+ fighters that I need to ignore to kill that thing on the first pass.

For level 10 on Hard you'll need at least 5-6 nukes and a bunch of rockets. I had 90-100 rockets, 7 nukes, and all upgrades of course, and I barely got through it with 10% health. I used 5 nukes so I ended up with 2 unused nukes at the end, and I didn't run out of rockets. I forgot about using EMPs, but I bet nukes are more cost-efficient.

Aw yeah. Beat it on hard.
This is one of the best shooter-games I`ve played before, definitely has some great qualities.
Levels are not too hard if you plan it right, but sometimes I find the impossibility of not being able to shoot everything in time annoying. The key thing to do is to make sure to upgrade your recycling ASAP, yes it is expensive, but assuming you survive, you will have enough resources to fight your way through the rest.
I find it funny that my rocket, nuke, and EMP ammo is unlimited, yet I have to pay for them - I`m protecting civilians here, balancing the cashbox should come later! >=(

honestly, this game sucks in comparison to the previous vectors, such as a great game like vector runner the controls in this game are bad and the gameplay is worse i am sad to see such a quality drop

I just completed the game... how was me killing the big orangw=e bomber with only missiles... then I killed the other with only primary, and I left the last level with 2 nukes 103 missiles, 807 rescources and 3 EMPs... JESUS CHRIST!!!

i really liked this game. too bad i didn't get the badge until today. i lost 15 points. survival is not fun, though. 4/5 just for campaign mode

I just have to say that I think its really cool that this game has controls for left handed people! I'm not left handed, but its good to know someone thought of that :)

Pretty nice and reminiscent of Battlezone but with slightly more bells and whistles. I do agree with Gigadramon though, it doesn't ramp up too well. Maybe expand the game to 15 waves with a smoother increment and a 'bring on next group' button like on those tower defense games, for when you've blasted everyone there is to blast on early levels. Minor additional hint for levels with the kestral planes: Leave the last one alive until the mine stops producing, you'll get at least 30-50 extra minerals, very necessary when going for hard for either getting the next shield upgrade or getting some more rockets.

I saw 4 commodores coming from each side on the map. I just kept calm and set off a nuke that surprisingly didn't blow me up.

Good game. Lesson to learn is that throwing missiles is alot more affordable at 15 per 50 resources than repairing your bunker at 10% for 50 resources. I made sure I had 30 missiles at the beginning of every wave past wave 3

great job. i haven't seen many recent games done this way with older style gameplay done so well and tight. looking forward to seeing more of your ideas come to life.
