The quest resolution makes no sense. Send out someone with a 20-30 rating in a skill on a quest with a rating 1. Should be massive overkill and really easy, right? Wrong, failure.

I really wish there was some way to play this game sans the timer and multiplayer element. I actually think the story isn't too bad, and the character development/mission thing is interesting, I could see spending the time going through the whole thing... but not if it's going to be a months long ordeal because of artificial timers, and definitely not if I have to get on facebook and recruit all my friends to play to succeed.

Good game! suffers from minor problems with pacing (although what else is to be expected from a time management game!) I'm a fan of the books and the series and am enjoying this game. Also kudos on the RPG aspects, not many time management games have done it before and it was a whiff of fresh air in the smelly room that is cheap time management games.

When I play this game using internet explorer, the game freezes at random points... like say, in the tutorial around the first adventure part...

I would enjoy this game enough to keep playing it, if the wait time for quests (and pretty much everything in this game) was shorter. I only just finished the tutorial, and the wait to produce iron is 20min.
I do, however, love the quest ideas and choices as one progresses. It's very much like an RPG in a way, and I enjoy the music, artwork, writing, and idea.

Rating a 1 because I can't even complete the 3rdchapterofthe prologue. This is a shame, the game looked like it had potential but clearly it was rushed, if I am having this many issues with the prologue I can only imagine what other bugs must lurk.

why is the battle ratios really off having double their stat should constitute more than a 'moderate' chance of success

Even though the game is buggy, it's quite fun. It has had me addicted for the last 2 days. Adding a friend is the buggiest. And you also should be allowed to search for other players, since they disappear from your invite list once they start playing.

Whenever I see a game that I might like same thing happens again and again.. Fantasy? Great. RPG? Awesome. Multiplayer, Time Management? Ugh.
