Dull, repetitive, and one of the worst-designed interfaces I've seen in a while... (I can't compare items to the ones I have equipped? I need to click Close in combat to access most of the menus? the ginormous game window is cluttered with huge objects placed in random locations? counter-intuitive placement of things - e.g. instead of having one merchant that sells everything, you have Merchant for equipment but Coraline for bait, which took a while to figure out, etc, etc)

If there is yet such a restriction in the random match-ups for avatar wars, perhaps placing in a cap on how many times in a row a grouping can be placed together, two weeks of blonds was crappy, and if a third match-up with them comes in a row..........gonna lose my mind! XD

It amazes me that this game maintains a rating higher than three when all the top comments are people complaining about how bad the game is. Also, because it is an incredibly bad game. For future reference, most gamers enjoy some form of interactivity. Having no control over battles and no choice when it comes to weapons and armour makes this game pointless and boring.

The tutorial is so simple that it could not exist, and it wouldn't matter. Wait, you're telling me the instructions are in the top right corner? Maybe that should have been in the tutorial, so I could have some idea what I was doing. I should not be forced to got to other websites or out of the way tabs to find out how to play this game. Having a crappy tutorial makes the complexity and confusing navigation of the game infinitely worse.
Complexity is often ignored, but only if there was incentive to learn it. Lack of story, boring leveling, boring quests, boring navigation, boring fighting, etc... There is no incentive.

For all those people who are wondering why Last Stand and Path Of The Righteous have the same power, they do have the same TYPE of power (Ascendance, Redemption) but the growth of Ascendance is different. Path Of The Righteous grows more slowly than Last Stand, at level 4, it's POTR:2 < LS:4

Terrible design. Very tall window - who cares about your big pictures, when menu is so small and crowded? Also, the beginning is really throwing away - skills on cooldown, TOTALLY random fights, only nice thing being gift for Kong players (but thats not enough.) I'm sorry but all I can say: you've made a bad game and you should feel bad.

You can only be doing one quest at a time? That's dumb. I must of killed 100 ghouls before I realized I couldn't kill ghouls for a quest if I was looking for horses.

Another whole day, and the game still will not load for me anymore. (I browsed away once yesterday night JUST after creating my character and before my first HUNT on the FIRST Damnation page.)

Same problem here as IanS220. Only a small part of the screen shows and you cant scroll. So I cant choose another quest in Vangoth Castle and I cant do PvB and PvCB

This is a very fun MMORPG game that I think is underrated. The game screen size doesn't bother me a whole lot. I really enjoy the PvP thing where it matches you up to others of your own level, so I at level one am not facing level 146 kickasses. If I were to change something about the game, I would like to know what the random attributes to stuff are. Like, if the Werewolf 99 handgun is +1 trauma, what does 1 trauma do? Also, daily missions and some campaign/quests wouldn't be too bad. I rate this game 4/5, and I hope that you still work on this AWESOME game.

Step 1: Suffer through the agonizing grind to level 2. Step 2: Club Noir -> Merchant -> Buying, get Short Sword and Leather Jacket. Step 3: Click the coffin icon (upper left) then redeem some free crap, including scrolls that let you upgrade your special ability--use them. (Items -> Scrolls) Step 4: Kill a Dreadmare using your special ability/whatever it is every 30 minutes (because it won't happen without the special ability, period) Step 5: Repeat step 4 until you complete the challenge, then go play something else so you can forget this atrocity even exists.

In a way, I'm glad certain people decided to hate this game immediately. The people that stayed are actually helpful and the chat is one of the nicest I've seen. I didn't think I'd stay, but this game is actually really enjoyable to me now. o_o; When you speed through this game w/o guides, you don't have any fun, obviously...

Once you get used to the limited moves and the low drop rates for loot, it's pretty addictive. I can see so many ways to potentially develop and customize your character. I don't even mind that there's no "storyline" to this game at all.

I'm disappointed in those who complain about things in this game without even trying to back their points. I mean, if you hate the game and really need to vent, at least make your points believable! On a separate note, I originally thought I'd hate the game but found much amusement in planning my vampire's growth.

get to level 2 and buy the sword and jacket. make sure to accept the "exclusive kongregate member reward" so you can upgrade your special attack. only attack the dreadmane when you have all attacks available to ensure you kill it and don't have to keep playing this garbage game

Still cannot craft the shoes because the window won't show the whole "craft" toggle. Why do games do this? We laptop players like to enjoy the game as well. Fix this so we can use all the entries.

I lived in Munich, where this game is made, for many years. I swear the Femme Fatal face is inspired by a girl that used to take the same s-train as I did every day. Is it possible that I am right? Like the eyes and the nose at least. The finger nails certainly are contrived.

Is this an april fool's joke? In January? Please tell me it is.. I refuse that this is supposed to be a real game and that the dev actually expects people to pay for THIS. Seriously, this almost seems like Kong being all like "oh hey, everyone's hating on so many MMOs, you know what we should do? A loot challenge on the most ridiculous game we can find. Let's just see how far we can go".

@Vstriker: boots are quite rare. Most of the boots in the game are dropped by CovenBosses (the droprates there are very low, though). sere are only a few boots at some merchants at higher levels.

Need guild wars where the winner gets a loot of Blood Badges, Experience, Victory points and credits, and also some specific awards of a Coven Boss.

Perhaps in the grimoire we could also have the statistics of the enemies as well (hp, armour, etc) that would be pretty cool imo.

If I have to hit ctrl-minus to see your oversized window, you're doing it wrong. Also, this is right up there with Legacy of a Thousand Suns and Berserk as one of the most flagrantly lazy MMO's I've ever seen on this site.

@LordDeathwing: YOu are right, its annoying if you cant disenchant non-tradeable items, especially for some scrolls from PvP that you get often, after you have level 5 they are useless. But from time to time the developers add the dischanting function to some bound items. Maybe we have to point it out more often in the diviad forums so the developers realize how annoying it is sometimes and fix it.

Two things: One, if you could implement some sort of scroll function for the Talent Point screen, it would make it functional for those that cannot get the screen to expand past the standard size. Two, if you could add a filter for PvP searching, it would save everyone a great deal of time when searching for suitable targets. By this I mean either make it so only selected levels are shown or so that selected levels are not shown, and add avatar filters so you can only see selected avatars/never see selected avatars. These two things make the game substantially worse, more than anything else I've seen.

if there were ever any online proof needed that gamestop had no soul and could be bribed by ANYBODY (not that it's hard to tell if you go there IRL) then this lame 'challenge' is it.
