I was enjoying this game for a few months but now their support team has completely ignored two support tickets I filed, both of which concerned time-sensitive matters. Due to this terrible support I have decided to rate the game one star and stop playing. I urge other players to do the same so we can send the developers a message that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated and will have consequences.

Wtf is up with this diving helmet? How many 1000s upon 1000s of times fishing are needed to get it? 4 days easily 500 casts. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Nil. Zero. I love the game but why do the odds seem so low for this?

you should make it so you can get chests that can hold unwanted cosmetics cause i dont like having to look threw my cosmetics for the ones i like

For some reason, I can't send requests to my friends, and I cant get past the rockpile. This takes a lot out of gameplay. 3/5 because of this, I will change it to 5/5 once this gets fixed.

Ok, so i am trying to find the lockpicks. my clue is (9/(9-6))x7. the answer is 21 and that led me to the secret area of the terrifying traverse. But it has been a week and a half, and still no lockpick. Am I doing this wrong?
