Under rating threshold (show) I just discovered the Weapons options in the Options menu. I highly recommend setting Weapons to "more." It doesn't affect many characters, but adds some interesting stuff.

Under rating threshold (show) Using the special feels like you have to press T and Y at EXACTLY the same time or else it doesn't work. Frustration arises because I can't fire off Buddha Palm when I want it to because of that.
