2/5. Not a great game.
-Dominant strategy is too easy to find
-Pointless character selection (doesn't influence gameplay enough)
-Repetitive achievement system
-Tedious tournaments
-Game lends itself to spammers
-Lack of multiple music tracks makes fights feel repetitive
-AI can't defend itself
+Good music/visuals
+Character backstories help tie game together

always loved this series, still love it I hope the next installment has multiplayer, also I don't miss the weapons oddly enough they didn't have the same satisfaction of beating someone to a pulp, but weapons sure wouldn't take anything away from the game

this game was like my center of entertainment when it came to fighting games. i didnt play it for six years and now i saw the 3d version came out and im like f*ck yeaH!

the creators of the game are aware that drunken boxing is a legitimate form of martial arts, right? Its not just "sad kung fu master gets shit-faced, staggers into tournament, flails his way to victory"
