Here's The Unit scheme they have.
Calvery strong vs archers weak vs spearsmen | archers strong vs swordsmen weak vs calvery
Spears men strong vs calvery weak vs swordsmen | swords men strong vs spearmen weak vs archers | scout strong vs breaking enemy lines weak vs all | mage strong vs infantry units weak against mounted units| giant troll strong vs all weak vs none. (take note that haliberdier and spear are in the same catagory, and swordsmen, long swordsmen and axemen share a catagory.)

I was unimpressed. I'm amazed this game has such good reviews and so many plays. (I wonder if it counts plays the same way as other games.) Winning decisively and quickly gives you a low score. Being inefficient an faffing about until the timer runs out gives you the highest score. There is also virtually no strategy spam a cheap upgraded unit down a single column, when your guys stack up they can't be killed. You basically have a direct line to their life. However, as mentioned earlier winning the battle isn't good, you want to stalemate to get a high score.

you guys if you have demons(like there on your team) use just normal spearman there fast strong and don't take long to make rate + to keep alive

Great Game!! Love the upgrades and dynamic units. only Problem i have is that the W S D A and Q keys stopped working for me. sent bug report but i still cant play the game right.

lo malo del juego es que no se puede elegir a los demonios y al final es demasiada dificultad para cualquier raza que se haya elegido,pero de todas maneras es muy entretenido

I choose Men of the West and find the last 2 maps impossible to beat. Literally impossible, no stradegy can stop the enemies ridicously strong and fast units.

"+" this comment if you find the enemy to be EXTREMELY cheap at times by either: (1.)Sending in waves of guys back to back. (2.)Having a single unit that can easily wipe out everything and anything you send at it. (3.)EVERY unit they have can wipe out the same 2 units you have. (4.)Sending in stronger enemies back to back faster than you can send in a single spearmen. (5.)Horsemen/Whirlers/Spearmen that just run through all your guys without stopping or taking damage.

While this is a f antastic game, one thing irks me... Why do the OotN have a bonus in halberds? This makes their so-called "elite unit" the battle axmen absolutely worthless and not worth the gold it costs to buy and upgrade them. While conventional halberds are fine, they are no match for say whirlers; whom I watched carve through my guys like butter, and any ranged units will make short work of them too. Battle axemen are little more than a compromise betwen a halberd and a longsword, making them the most underpowered elite unit in the game, and the OotN the worst faction in the game. Bassically a copy of the undead minus the kick-ass flailers. Dissapointing, but awesome game otherwise.
