I like that when you get hit by lower level enemy it does -dmg. Becose of that you get health to go past your limit real great game.

@Piqueniale When you turn in the last heartstone piece the guy tells you what to do but it's not technically a quest so it doesn't show up in the quest log. It's easy to miss. But you have to go down in the most southeastern corner in the red castle area. Not the entire map, just the area with the red castle right down where that un passable line of bushes is. You have to kill the big overlord guy or whatever. Assuming you sided with the alliance. If you were with the shadow runners I can't imagine it's too different just look around that area for the big final boss guy.

Bought a weapon but forgot to check that I was too low level to use it and had sold my old weapon to equip it: now I can't attack. Please make more mage weapons for sale or allow attacking without a weapon.

I don't know why but I always ally with the Alliance so by the time I am in the third city - they always attack me on sight - I love that.
There is also a tip when your killing the heartstone defenders - you go to the weakest enemy and you stun them with the shield (so you don't kill them) and if you have high enough defence they will start hitting minus damage so it will make your health go past your maximum HP so you are invincible!

@DiegoJ9: You have to go to your faction Alliance or Shadows.. and there is 1 camp with a new quest.. for the allys.. it is at the north ;D

If you are with the alliance, you get the final quest (save our people) on the map with the alliance symbol right next to the final cave where you got the 4th heartpiece. To complete the quest, go southeast, in a map with no symbol, right under an archer symbol. You'll see Shadow lord Xin and must kill him. He is quite hard if you let him get close to you. I recommend the frequest use of frostbite for mages. ( You can only get the final quest once you have obtained the heartstone in the 4th city)

Irony: I killed houndreds of Blademasters to be Ally iwth Trackers so I can kill few BM and get bow. Nice thing those swordn00bs just run all the time trying to catch me (or arrow in the knee).

i have played completed the game with the archer and warrior and played some whit a mage it is a good game but really should be a bestiary so people can know were to farm. when you open the menu in a fight the game should also pause or warn that it does not.

Good game, not too hard but still fun. Only complaint is the Merchant/Mercenary faction doesn't hit Ally just by doing quests like the Alliance/Shadow Runner and Wizard/Blademaster/Ranger factions. Meaning you get to grind out over 1300 faction at 5 a kill (260 enemies, give or take). A lot of grinding, even for people used to MMOs.

@kanger438 yep, i've killed all 4 of those heartstone guards, and all they drop is ranger and wizard stuff when i'm a warrior!

Having to unequip things before equipping new stuff was a pain. I accidentally sold my pants near the end of the game. Since there's no place for a wizard to buy pants, I spent the rest of the game without. Awkward.

But i think we shouldn't start out with good and bad reputation because i like to be the bad guys in every game but in this game you start out as an enemie to them. THE PRODUCER MAY TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION SO KEEP THIS COMMENT ALIVE. Thanks...

There should always be an auto save slot AND a manual save slot; or an auto save at the end of every defeated X/X enemies/boss (right after killing the last one) that comes on asking yes or no to save then. Other than that, the only other thing that's kind of irritating is that you need energy for your default basic attack. You could have programmed it to do about 10% less damage in exchange for not costing energy and I'd have been satisfied.

for everyone that thinks quest 1 cant be done : you have to get shadowrunners or the aliance to friendly status before they give you the quest , you get them there by killing the opposite faction members or by completing quests that they give you

Equipment levels always confuse me in games. Hmm these pants give me a whole lot more power than the ones I'm wearing... but i don't feel ready enough to wear them.

Major bug: if you leave the screen without picking up the heartstone piece, it is gone forever as the monster with it will not respawn, even if the quest is abandoned and restarted.

A really great game. The one issue I have with it is the saves being all over. That's a massive pet peeve of mine. It's not my fault if my computer freezes orIi don't want to find a save point.. All games should allow you to save whenever you want, ESPECIALLY RPG's. I can't give it a 5 for that..but a 4 works.

Found a walk-on-water glitch. You can walk out onto the river by using a "bridge" on the South-East side of the river's bend. If you walk north, you can leave the map and the game will glitch.

@FiddyFoe Calm down dude, they'll understand you hit flag by accident, they aren't going to rape you for it, they deal with stuff like that a lot, that's why the people dealing with the complaints are very mediative and mild.

Overall, very good and one of my new favorites. The music could use a little work. I'm not a fan of how fast and sudden the transitions are. One example: when fighting, the music suddenly shifts from ambient sound/music (i.e. the normal music for that area) to combat music. Once combat is over, it shifts back immediately to ambient music. That's fine and appropriate, but if combat only lasts for 2 or 3 spells, it seems really "jerky" and awkward. There needs to be some kind of transition between normal music and fighting music... or just get rid of one of the musics for the area.

it's funny how in the early game you are walking around killing random people and taking random quests in your underwear :D
