there is one thing that bothers me if your a really high level and go attack low leveled enemies they give you health not take it away

Awesome game - Played ranger and it seemed a bit easy though with all my snaring/trap ability. Anyway, now I'm a fan and will be playing 2 and 3! Great idea for a game and I hope you are still making more!

I like this game because of the choices we make the only down sde is we have to grind like a stripper to get to ally status with most of the factions.. but other than that 5/5

um, found a bug ... I've entered the last town after my inventory is full, wanting to sell everything ... open my char tab in town, and am now stuck ... can't click on any items, and can't change or close tabs ...

How come I can't cross the river until I complete a quest in the city? It makes no sense. Or why can't just wade through the water?

I have to admit, for a game made in 2008, it does have some complexity. I'm impressed by all the extra content that's been put in here. And battles are pretty straightforward, if a little simplistic. The only problem is all the reputation grinding, especially for the Merchant's Guild since they have so few quests to boost your reputation. But again, for a game made in 2008, it's very impressive. 5/5

Not very satisfying. Potions are a complete waste as when you actually need them they heal so little and take so long to use as to be useless. If you're dodging an attack you have to stop attacking completely. Because in reality an archer who has his arrow nocked is going to remove the arrow from the string and place it back in its quiver to dodge another projectile. The amount of enemies you have to kill to gain a factions side is so painstakingly time consuming for a game not built to be a grinder.

Phew, all that grinding has worn me out. I was almost finished with the game, but then the game crashed and I had to start back pretty far away. Save Often!!

I walked on that white plank thing and ended up in the water. I kept heading north and went to a point that wasn't on the map, the moment I went too far, it crashed

Irony: I killed houndreds of Blademasters to be Ally iwth Trackers so I can kill few BM and get bow. Nice thing those swordn00bs just run all the time trying to catch me (or arrow in the knee).

accidentally sold my bow, not realizing that I wasn't high enough level to use my new one. Nobody sells bows.... The game is literally over for me now.

Perhaps make a guide as to which color items are better? I suppose yellow is average, orange is rare, and purple is legendary, but I'm not sure.

Although getting the merchants/mercenaries to ally status takes alot of grinding, you get a decent amount of potions/xp/powerful armor that I think really makes up for it. How else would you get level 30 unless you grind?

decent game,but the fact quest rewards have level requirements despite me being able to finish off enemies 4-5+ my level is a bit silly,also the grinding for merc/trader rep after the last quest is really dousing what little intrest i had to be honest

Oh nostalgia. Do I ever remember playing this game a few years back, yes. I enjoyed playing the game. What I really liked the faction mechanic to this game, it gave the game a sense of immersion for me (as well as the mostly free, free roaming).

i'm getting a lot of bugs. character screen gets stuck open and i have to refresh. and now the hearthstone glitched and got stuck in my inventory and now i can't take any new quests because of it... i guess i can try to start a new file...

okay. "the heartstone" obtained. 3 allied factions. whats next? available quest are only those who are not allied. game bug? tried refresh still nothing. am i missing something?

I got a detention for playing this at school not because of violence or because I was supposed to be doing something else but my teacher thought it was cartoon porn because I was equipping my player with something and he was naked early in the game. 4/5 I just want some clothes on him.

Getting the Mercenary/Merchants to ally status in order to get the hard badge is just a grind feast. Hopes the creator of the game adds in a new quest for merc/merchants to reducing the grinding.

alrighty, i wanna get in the Shadow Runner'a good books, so i spent like, a half hour murdering their "arch enemies" from The Alliance, and now the quest giver keeps doing short of cussing me out

no one told me tht sideing with the mercenaries would cuase the merchants in the cities to stop selling stuff to me :(

I think i played a game like this 2 years ago, maybe that was the Second part.. It's my first time playing this, i'll be honest It's nice and good ( for an old game).
rate: 3/5. maybe +1 after i finish the game.
