Hands of War (1, 2 and 2.5) are the only good flash RPG games I can find, what I'm saying is make 3 soon please, and don't make it just end, let us continue to play forever and get better and better items from repeatable bosses. PLEASE!

novice:General he just killed 5 of our men. Why don't we attack? General:no, no! We will not attack until he attacks. When he attacks us there we attack! It is a question of honor novice!

Last mercenaries quest giver: "Kill 30 red cloak guards to defeat the merchants forever."
Me: "But I just killed 350 of them just to become your ally -_-"

I enjoy playing as a mage & i am kind of impatient, I think it would be very helpful if there was like a "Mana Pool" Somewhere or something.

Alliance Guard: "Sir wasnt that a shadow runner that just past us?" Alliance Captain: "yes it was, why do you ask?" Alliance Guard: "shouldnt we have killed him?" Alliance Captain: "No. he wasnt on kill on sight yet" LOL

bad balancing for becoming "ally" -- its difficult to do it for anything beside the alliance/shadow. Being 500+ points short shouldn't happen -- it just becomes a grind at that point

The friend/foe dynamic is not that bad. However, getting the Merchants to "Ally" status is just annoying. You only have a grand total of 6 quests from them, and they start with a lower status than your opening side/class. The worst part is, the final quest doesn't actually open until you GET to Ally status, apparently (I'm at 2000+ and the quest giver still talks to me like I murdered his dog). So now, all I can do is stand around and repeatedly take out Mercenaries at +5 to my status until I finally hit 3000. It's a good game, but this one thing makes it really annoying. It makes it feel like you have to over-grind to get the quest and the achievement.

You (the warrior): standing in front of a mage "Hi." Him: "Hi." "I'm going to kill you for a rusty sword." "Okay." "Did you hear me?" "Yes." "I killed a bunch of your friends in 2 hits each." "Yep, I saw you. Those were my best friends." "Why aren't you trying to kill me?" "Because I've been programmed not to." LOL

Way too much grinding is needed for reputation.
After all quests are done I still needed to kill more than 500 enemies to get my ally-level reputations. :/

You cannot do quests for factions after you become an ally, but there are quests that you need to be an ally to do.......

In the start of the game... i'm suprised that any faction would give a guy in his underwear that randomly talks to them a quest...

Sooo, mages in this world have to be real old and experienced before they're allowed to wear clothes? What kinda sick people are they? ><

While the faction system of this game is neat, the zero sum nature of the interactions is really a flaw. It should be possible to avoid taking sides definitively, and still advance the plot.

a feature I'd like to see added here (and in the sequel) is the ability to speed up your movement when you're not in combat. Personally, I pick ranger every time I play this just so it doesn't take forever for my warrior to go from A to B across an empty map.

great game here are some tips... 1.chose the alliance and merchants guild. 2.pick ranger 3.only attribute vitality, agility and intelligence. Hope this helps

Is anyone else having troubles saving? Because after a night of this, I got to level 18. Came back the next day and there is no saved data found. And yes, I do save in the castles.

when you can't pass the second river, just die by the river and you respawn on the other side of the river (this will cost experience).

I can't believe i've never played this game seriously before.. It's great, if it were a console game i would have bought it!

and also, if you are about level 25 and you go to the bridge from the first castle, the brigands there do negative damage. you can get to huge hp by unequipping everything, attacking, equipping everything and going afk.
