To get the Headache Badge, the best place is by hole in the 3rd Level. It's a nice wide, level area, and it's hard to get the snail shell out of their, so if you mess up, it doesn't go anywhere and you can try again immediately. I got a 27 combo within 5 minutes of trying there. BTW, did anyone lose more lives in the intermediate area between levels 2 and 3 than any of the real levels, or was I the only one who lost several lives exploring the place like crazy looking for the snail, hole, and secret room? lol

Figured it out, combination seems to be Chrome (v24), Retina Display and Flash Player plug-in running in "retina mode". In Firefox (v18) it still seems to run in a lower resolution and the game's smooth as ever.

Sometimes, the controls don't respond - worst with jumps. Maybe a solution would be to set a flag when jump's not pressed, then if it's held down when jumping's possible (and the flag's set), assume it's been pressed right now (and maybe the keypress was simply missed), so jump and clear the flag.
Hope that makes sense; I was just trying to type something more useful than "jump button doesn't work sometimes".

Best way to do the combo: after you hit the shell at the very beginning, wait until it stops. Then jump on it, so it goes up in a straight line, and every time it goes down jump a little and hit it with your head to mantain its vertical course. Not so easy anyway, but seems to me the best method. Hope it helps

The screen is way too wobbly. I feel like I'm fighting the game just to control where I go and what I do because it's constantly moving around. It should either be focused on the player or have a separate key to change, not just wobble around the whole time.

i feel like these controls are switched. up should jump, and something else should enter doors. left/right/down are all movement actions, so should up. it also makes more sense that pressing up would make you go... up.

Its now impossible to complete the beginner quest because the lag on this game makes it entirely unplayable. You can barely even get 5 fps on this trash.

I don't know how you did it, but you somehow managed to make fancy golf *even worse* than regular golf. I'd almost rather *watch* regular golf than *play* fancy golf. I shudder to think what watching fancy golf must be like.

Lolol I won the game with 0 health. I got hit by a spider as I ran into the bunny, it played hte "you died" music but then it went into "you win" XD

To those trying to get the Headache Badge, I suggest doing it in level 3 near the black pants hole and just continuously jump under it, there's a lot of room there. It takes practice but with patience it can be done. To get the snail shell up in the air, just jump on top of it.

I hate how sticky the controls feel. The game itself isn't bad. And I can understand the controls provide a unique platforming style, but for someone who grew up on Mario, its frustrating.

After the Fancygolf hole in level 2, I didn't think getting different colored pants could be any harder.

the easiest way to earn headache badge is to jump up at the shell before it falls while trying to stay on one place. the place in 1st level between the hills suits perfectly, as it is pretty flat and the main hero doesn't slip from the ground too much

For the people that want the Headache Badge start a new game and after you have hit it wait till the snailshell isn't moving anymore. Then jump so it goes straight up and when it is about to land on your head jump up so it goes straight up again. Repeat 20 times and Gratz you have a new badge ^^
