i really enjoy playing this game but the recourse distribution is horrible at times: sniper cant be built because there isnt enough wood in the depot i try increasing the amount of wood 'desired' in that depot but even though the depot next to it had 100/10 noone will bring any to the other -> sniper cant be built -.-"
---------------------------------------------------------------
also if i try and seperate a depot from the other depots by thrashing he depot that lies between (for example on spaghetti) i lock 8 people in the "attacking" depot i move a few depots further set up a sniper and raid some building and i only have 3 survivors left ! that really was horrible the whole idea of small asssult party was made impossible :/

So not build on a section of bridge that blows up... unless you want your people to be instantly turned to zombies when the wave arrives. If you must... then be sure to tear it down AND GET YOU PROLE OFF THE BRIDGE before the wave counter hits 0

Always make sure you've got the minimum supplies set to 0 at all your resource depots that aren't on front lines. That lets you get more bullets, iron, etc. up to your newer structures. If you don't need a depot anymore, even just to transfer supplies, then scrap it and send the resources up. Minimum bullets for each sniper should be 30 so that they don't need refilled, and put 5-10 people in a sniper tower if it's near where the wave will come in.

a VERY well built game yes could use a button to abandon a building of all supplies to make it go more quickly but scavenging works ok for how its done, all in all 5/5 near perfect game, but one of the best I have played in a long long time. very much KUDOS!!!

Large and hard map. Every direction has its bonuses and boons.

Suggestion: Don't add 1 survivor to the available ones until they've fully cleared the workshop (or you set the quota to zero). At the moment, they become "available" once they start bringing back their first set of supplies, which doesn't make them available at all.

I'm nut such a big fan of RTS but I'll give the game a run. Mainly because I recently discovered http://www.thezombiehunters.com/
Great Web Comic.

Very engaging, but very annoying when the amount of zombies "locks" the game up and refuses to allow you to take evasive action....grrrrr

Beat it, had a lot of fun, felt perfect for being just released, after updates it will be absolutely perfect. I dont see why people could say it goes to fast, it was perfect for me, didnt pause it once. 5/5

I think the Survivor AI needs some tweaking. At one point I had assigned 16+ to go scavenge, but they all just waited in a depot for a minute straight. By then the next wave started so I restarted my game, because I didn't think I could restock my sniper towers.

This is an awesome game! I love the way that it takes a simple concept and makes it a real challenge to stay alive while throwing a different spin on zombie games out there. My one suggestion is to be able to make certain barricades and towers as priority targets for supplies. It's annoying when a tower that needs ammunition isn't getting it because another tower is being resupplied when it doesn't need it.

This game is really great. Thanks! 5/5. Don't forget; as you expand, lower the quota of ammo and wood on old supply depots. no reason to hold supplies in your safe zone. KEep the ammo and wood on the front lines and to support snipers.

Very nice, almost great but some things hold it back. One is there is only 4 buildings to build and that kinda makes it feel repetitive and unfinished. And you should be able to hire soldiers to move around, they can be very weak but still it would make it feel very real. And this goes on but the point is that it feels a bit unfinished, still a very good game 4/5

It reminds me of settlers, although the carriers/workers are even dumber. Also, sometimes when I've set the number of spotters in a sniper tower to 11 from the start, the tower won't fire until it has 11 ppl in it - only solution is to raze it and rebuild. But despite a few flaws, it's a really good game.

At the last level I looked at it and thought, "I could do this, but why would I want to?" Especially because it takes 5 minutes to win and the rest of the time to slowly clean up the rest of the city.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i would say that there should be a button that makes all not busy survivors go to workshops
its annoying having 8 workshops and 30 survivors doing nothing

Save/load issues fixed. If you had successfully saved, you should now be able to load your game. I will continue to fix any issues reported here.

Game just totally froze up on me. That sucks because I was beginning to get into it. I'll refresh and start over, hopefully it won't do that again else I'm done playing.

I like the idea of houses containing a finite number of zombies. Difficulty needs improvement - even on hard, as long as I can get to the supplies I win. Also, would be more interesting if your survivors could be turned, or turn shortly after being rescued (e.g. because they were bitten before being rescued). Otherwise, it's like shooting fish in a barrel.

play my level, where you start with only one Survivor and have to gather more, to save your little island from the onslaught

The game was alright. The general concept was good, but the execution was extremely poor. I mean, seriously? Only 2 or 3 non-tutorial levels? I think the developer could have spent some more time creating more maps and extending the story. Also, the concept of blowing the bridge to stop the zombies from coming seemed underused to me. You really only used it twice, and it didn't seem to matter to me as the zombies in the city attacked me whenever the next wave appeared instead of new zombies came into the city. The concept was good, but overall this game gets a 3/5 from me for sloppy execution.

what about spawning from over bridges? i dont see any sense in blowing up them, only that in future they could reach the island,so you just have to wait, till they come

The ability to transfer supplies out of one depot station to another would be useful; I tend to close out stations as I move along so as to consolidate my resources and only need one or two sniper towers at a time.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Here's a tip, build your sniper towers close to the depots because if they run out of ammo when zombies are attacking, your screwed.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This needs to be harder, just make a few snipers and some barricades fully up the snipers and give them a few survivors and then just camp, it makes it take a long time but its easy, also snipers are a bit too strong, even with millions of them against 2-3 make it harder and it will be a good game

4 way road defense, bit of a sandbox/survival. Hold out for as long as ou can with the epic amount of supplies given. 4 roads with a variety of different routes for zombies and plenty of zombies in houses with too many survivors.
Can you destroy the 4 bridges? or will you just be more meat for zombies. Play this map and find out.

i realy like the idea and i think it was applied vary well.
if you are making a new adition i would like to see in an easier way the supply (how much total resorces, how much resorces avalble...) and to be able to take resorces from one postion to another instad of ordering some resorces to a postion and hoping it will come from the right place.
and if you can give a larger vareity of building (chep postion, expansive postions, long rang.short range...)

Dont know about you guys but this game is kinda bullshit having a ton of survivors in a building and i walk in and 200 zombies come out and took me forever to load

ok can you make it so on the last lvl there arent 20 barricades with quotas that arent right? it says you have - survivors because they are needed to remover boards and + wood because there are boards not needed for barricades
