they dropped a nuke on the base that somehow was undamaged by an alien outbrake and a asteriod ......im gonna think on that

Don't worry, you'll be outfitted with the best aircraft the airforce has to offer but they all have the same crappy maneuverability. No, there is no way to change this. And, no you can't get rid of these useless 100 bombs you have stashed on board that would reduce aircraft weight and speed things up a bit.

nice game. has a good range of difficulties for everyone. its not too short. the upgrade system is okay imo. the first lvls are more difficult because you are saving money and exp for one-hit-max-outs. the story needs more work. it seems like the game was ready and someone reminded: "what about a story?" - "oh right lets do that fast so we can upload it finally."

It really needs an automatic fire setting. It is cumbersome to hold it or use right clicking. Other than that, it's incredible.

And another thing, if these aliens were stuck there for 3 years, why didnt they try to escape with the mass ammount of airpower they have... also it was nuked planes would be almost completely comprimised.

Anyone else have it freeze while the poison missile is killing the boss? I finally beat him and he just explodes indefinitely...

Can you fix that the music turns it's self back on if you muted it after you beat a boss? It's a bit annoying. Other than that, 4/5.

The infected can be killed by normal weapons, but don't stay death, due to the infection they come back to life or unlife after a while. Only the poison can definitely kill them.

i believe the idea behind the aliens being affected by normal guns is because the parasites are different, and evolved to take over a host body or machine, but lost the "invulnerability" to conventional weapons.

this is one amazing jet...imo...it moves so slow yet it stays in the air, it can move straight up and down without turning, go in reverse, can even stand still and it's so tiny it can probably fit in my pocket...and the pilot, he is the man, just a helmet and and some glasses is all he needs

Iconian, a lot of games do not have logic behind them. They just need a story behind them. I do not see people like you complaining about radiated zombies from post-nuclear wars, even though, according to your logic, the nukes would burn and turn everything into ashes, therefore, will NOT be zombies. It's also impossible that Aliens, who you don't even know what biological structure they're made of, to be alive even after being blown up by the combustion of grenades.

Ulgh. 1/5 on plot. A meteor the size depicted would cause an E.L.E. The dust cloud alone would kill most of humanity within a few years, and certainly burn up all the green in the area. Assuming the meteor dropped to the ground at an extremely slow speed, the aliens would still be reduced to puddles of burning goo once the nuke hit, considering they lose limbs from bullets. Assuming they could magically survive this, the METAL vehicles would be destroyed from the heat and blast wave of the nuke, not to mention the incineration of the human bodies. Nukes cause a lot more than radiation. Lots of other such holes in the plot as well. The gameplay isn't too bad, but next time think things through a lot more carefully. 2/5.

I find this game good and all but in my opinion the price of the upgrades should go down as you buy an earlier upgrade, even if you need to increase the cost of the upgrades. For me i have had stored up enough points for the last ship with the levels 1,2-1 completed. And also im not sure if its happening to ne1 else but after the boss on lvl 5 does the game freeze? Its happened to me 2 times already.

always good when you beat the boss and after you drop the poison the game freezes so all you hear is the mini explosions. then you dont even get credit for beating the level...

I know why this game gets sooo laggy...its the moving background and when the screen goes up and down along with you. played a few others that do the same damn thing

So the bullets that can't harm the aliens have kept them quarantined for 3 years? That seems highly unlikely. On top of that, why don't we just send the jet straight there.. In fact, why not just send in a little air battalion of jets in case ONE is shot down by the ever-powerful aliens who somehow can't get through the blockade.

SPOILER WARNING:
To defeat the last boss, there is a safe spot just right behind the dinosour/lizard thing after you destroy the boss helicopter. So equip your self with the Auto Rifle, Homing Missle and the wave ((maxed stats is better). For Gadgets use the Auto heal, explosive enhance and the cluster bomb. Angle both the wave and Auto rifle pointing exactly downwards from either the nose or tail. When the boss helicopter approaches immediately go to the top of it and hammer it down while evading what it shoots at you. Once the lizard thing pops out, quickly go behind it. You can easily dodge the pink projectiles from there. When the pink stuff stops, start by hovering above it and pressing X for the cluster bombs. Repeat again once the pink orbs start coming. Repeat and rinse till it dies.

Guns shoot aliens, apparently which hurt them now.
They're parasitic on mechanical objects now.
They have a dragon (secret mission 2.2)
And they would be shot on sight if they trespassed into human land by what looks like AA guns.
Great game guys, you really put a lot of thought and effort into this one.

Homing Missiles. Get them. And a Magnet.
You can just sit in the middle while your Homing Missiles take out everything. Won on Normal. Final build: Last plane with full armour, fully upgraded rifle shot, wave gun, bombs dmg and half capacity and homing missiles with +50% weapon and pilot xp, health regen and explosives master. Tip for the final boss: get out of the way when he does his fire thing. If you're patient you can just sit in one of the top corners and let your missiles do their thing.

Great game...however how is it that the aliens can't get past a single (wooden) watch tower when they can shoot a highly manuverable aircraft out of the air with a big flamethrower.....hmmm....WOODEN watch tower...FLAMEthrower....it seems that even though these aliens, having figured out interplanetary travel they can't manage to put 2 and 2 together

freezes the whole browser, and is lagging like hell always. brings nothing new to the genre, many other games on kongregate are way better.

Alien Captain's log. Date: June 7th, 0 years ago. Still stuck here. Our genius navigator crashed our asteroid ship right in the middle of a freaking military base; I have removed his fourth and fifth legs as a disciplinary measure. Enemy casualties were high, but they used some sort of radiation weapon on us that tickled like a mother and turned us into headcrabs. In addition, they have managed to trap us in the base through the genius tactic of setting up a lone ineffective guard tower in the woods. Even so, we are moving ahead with Operation: Assimilate Stuff, and it is inevitable that we will eventually overwhelm the two-man containment unit and continue the invasion as planned. The only thing that could possibly stop us is a lone pilot flying a tiny, easily destroyed craft that just happens to have a near infinite capacity for weapon upgrades and modification. I will need to end this log now; my second-in-command says the boys have picked something up on the scanners.
