The sequel would be amazing if there was multiplayer for the steam version so if you wanted to play with friends you could. Maybe if there's multiple classes make them interact with each other. This would liven up the game a lot make it an even better time waster. :)

why is there a kickstarter. You already have a following. . . You're milking the system. I am sick of devs using kickstarter as a paycheck. Its meant to help people get off the ground who have no following yet.

Nvm figured it out. You have to drag and drop the spell onto your char when you are in the battle with something to use it.

PROTIP: Clicking on chests, gems, and money bags, will show you the content of it. For instance, click a chest it could say, "contains weapon" or "contains a magic spell". I have played this game for 4 years and I've never known this until today.

You know, when I got the message about the sequels kickstarter, I was like eh, whatever... And then I saw Grant Kirkhope in the thing, and now I'm actually considering donating. Guess I'll have to play through this one again to see if I still like it, because I don't remember anything about this game after i beat it.

it would be better if you could see what kind of armor or weapon that is in the chest saying "contains leg armor" dosn't really help alot

keys to the game: most of the items you need are found in chests check those. always grab crystals they are permanent boosts. choose your opponents wisely sometimes there is an easier way. buy all the health pots you can to stay alive and get further and if you are trouble take wings and put them on your character on the screen to start over with all your boosts, artifacts, and gold. Sometimes you just have to restart it took me three tries to beat it and at first I was angry about losing all my equipment but if you play smart you can keep it until you have to run and all the artifacts(gold background items) are kept. one more thing if you can make it to any level with a 9 at the end ex. 19, 29, etc... you can sell off all your items and keep the gold before you restart.

the game had good potential, just a shame you loose everything when you die, kinda ruined the game for me. (couldn't even find any wings after 4th floor after several tries)

Very nice game you have here. It's very easy to get into and play and you can be rewarded for being cautious by selling items for gold or risky by getting more golden items and gems. The spell system was a bit awkward at first, but I got used to it fast. It's an easy, simple RPG that's nice to play in short bursts. 5/5
