The escape wings are begged. I lost all but one of my spells. Also, are you supposed to lose your items too? If so, how do you expect us to go any further? I had to escape at lvl 47, and could no way even complete a level when I started again because my equipment was so low level.

A bug! If you rapidly click on an equipped item and enter combat while still clicking it you will receive duplicates of the item.

I don't know why but I really like this game. I like finding great artifacts that are weapons or armor... then I know I can spend my money on other kick--- stuff.

This game is pretty fun! I like how you don't have to do too much work; just walk up to the enemy and your character will hack and slash. I would love to see some badges in the works for this one! One question, how do you get back to the "store area"?

Killed the end boss, no ending or medal, and I'm stuck down there with no wings. Did it twice, still no ending or medal.

i'm not sure if it's just the permed healspells and cheaper potion prices, but the game seems a lot easier than it used to be. also, something with the last boss seems broken: beating him won't trigger the ubersword drop nor the bosskiller medal.

Kind of fun, but several problems. I only had to use the wings of escape once, around floor 20 I think. I was disappointed that mechanic didn't come into play more, as it was just too easy to kill everything. Halfway through I stopped bothering about equipping the defense amulets or what have you, and just relied on +attack and +agility to kill everything before it could deal much damage. End of game was very easy and anticlimactic: I had 3 large health potions and 3/2/6 mana potions left over. Boosting your agility means you attack so fast you interrupt your spellcasting, but then again I don't think I ever used attack spells past floor 50. So for a simple game with a few too many flaws, 3/5 stars.

My only gripe is the potential to get stuck at a mid level because of something silly, like not having found a decent weapon in an artifact chest (in fact, I've yet to find ANY weapons in artifact chests). Since I have low gold, I can't buy anything from the shop, so I have nothing but stat gains and the default dagger to work with. That makes the odds of progressing any further VERY low, necessitating a complete restart.

Your previous 5/5 became a 3/5 when I lost my save file because you didn't want to go up against the TD game that won last month. It's also much easier, now. Perhaps too much, so.
I suppose greed has its price.

WOW! This game is amazing love the idea. Once you get started it`s actually fairly easy. My advice would be to get ur speed and attack up so that u can do lots of damage fast.

I beat the last guy, he said "This can't be..." or something like that... now I'm walking around in a blank level with no exit... wth?

Great concept, but extremely repetitive. Using the same attacks over and over again is a bore. There should be things to mix it up, like different attacks, more varieties of weapons (spears, bows, maces, etc...), or more enemies. Also, enemies being able to move wouldn't hurt, It's very unrealistic when I go to loot treasure with a goblin standing next to me.
3/5

Ok, so this version is a complete disappointment, and I'll tell you why. I beat this, firs time through, no wings. I didn't even try, I just won, walked right through and smacked the boss in the face. What the hell happened to this game? The first time I played it I liked it so much I played for 5 hours. That was because I had to wing out every 15 or so levels, and was able to collect artifacts like crazy. Now, I just walk through and don't try and win in one go, complete disappointment. I waited a week for a gem to turn into a fail. I give it a 5* for what the game use to be though, that 5 hour play was worth a 5 star alone.

This game need badges... it's the best game human mind ever conceived. I'm having more fun with this with anything else I've ever done in my life.
It's better than sex, actually.

Wow, all the way to the end without using the wings of escape on my 1st play through, did i miss something or did the ending really suck? :s

oh sweet, prior equipped artifacts stay equipped when starting new adventures, making +hp/mp gear worthwhile. Not only that but agility + gems seems a lot more common than before. Seriously, fantastic job on listening to player feedback.

Using Firefox and it doesn't doing anything when I click the buttons on the main page ("New Quest", "Instructions", etc.)

Missing a sell all unequipped artifacts button.
A unlimited mode where the monsters just get harder for each level.
In style of random dungeon crawling with mixed monsters.

TT^TT didn't know that dying overrides your save -_- got 3 extra eyes and a crap load of gems + gold armourstuff then saved to see if i could beat an enemy and lost now i have to start again :(

I liked this game a lot, as I love roguelikes. Varied backgrounds, enemies, and gear were excellent, music was good, and the graphics were about as complex as I'd like to see for a game like this.
A few comments:
Challenge - I didn't die once; only for the first 30 floors or so was it challenging to stay alive, and that was more hoping to find potions than the game being hard. I know luck is a huge aspect of roguelikes, but I think it could be improved.
Magic - I didn't use a spell the entire game besides healing. There's no time to do so when I don't think a single battle lasted more than five rounds. Most were over in 3,
Elemental defense - why give equipment elem. defense levels higher than 100 if they're just going to be capped?
Inventory - selling things was tedious, instant selling via shift-clicking should be allowed. Another alternative would be assigning a junk category that auto-sells.
Ending - boss was way too weak, and the game just hangs after killing him? Disappointing.
