If someone complaint about the bullet being self destruct. There is a stability meter for each bullet.
Example:Stabillity=50%,so it have a 50% chances of self destruct and 50% not.
But still.....why cant i use my abillities?I already upgraded them :/.
3/5 anyway
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i just hate that every upgrade is 5 or 10 digit but shockwave is 6....just to make us always for a turn because of 1 upgrade skill :P

After finishing this game, you feel a great sense of relief that you finally got LUCKY enough to not have a guy go flying past you at a million miles an hour. This game is a blend of both terrible and awesome. If you want to waste an afternoon and you have a high frustration threshold play, and get ready to swear a lot.

Has anyone else noticed it's shockingly hard to actually get a hold of your projectiles to shoot them despite the fact that that's sort of the main point of the game...I mean, my screen shakes and all of a sudden I'm just flailing around trying to get ahold of the unshot projectile so I can pull it back and shoot it as enemies are zooming past me at the speed of sound from some off screen explosion. Makes me want to go berserk and punch my computer screen. Or at least come down to the comments and whine really hard about how annoying it is.

My favorite part is when something blows up and just enough guys to make you lose go flying by at the speed of light! GREAT GAME! Why is there not a rating below 1 again?

When there is a black hole on screen, big machines sometimes say "F*ck that, I wanna fly!" and ram a wall at 300 kmph.

I need a guide to skills since apparently you will lose if you don't select the right ones. I don't want to waste hours just to quit.

Really wanted to like this - but firing mechanism too awkward, and then what's with switching the direction of enemy travel? Pointless "complexity" that adds nothing to the game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
no offense but do you morons rly think their gonna change this game? they already made part 3 and 4. But then again this is still the best one they got
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
this thing must be 99% self destruct buttons inside with no safety on any of them, because nothing even gets near it and it just explodes for no reason

Really unique and creative game. As others have said though, luck creates a lot of problems later in the game. That being said, for how simple the game is there's tons of great variance in enemy design and objectives and the powers are really interesting and most have good uses. What's more, it's just really satisfying to play. I wasn't even getting that frustrated trying to get past some of the more annoying levels because just playing the game and knocking things around and blowing them up is a lot of fun.

Level 29 can be beaten with 0 skill points or all the skill points. It is the most random bullshit level I've ever played

Okay, so having to set the position of the catapult every time I load during the Scenario mode is annoying, but having to reset the position of the catapult AND having to reassign my 60 skill points in Crossfire even if I use the retry button is just plain annoying.
I probably would have rated this game very highly despite some elements of luck if losing a level to bad luck would not force the player to go through the motions again and again.
After all the original idea of the game play, the nice graphics and sound means that the game is really enjoyable - as long as you never have to restart at any point.

About saving, if you don't click "Play Next Wave", then it won't auto-save, something to bear in mind if staggering saves, even if you're going to quit right away, click play next wave first before you go.

worst hard badge actually, pandemic 2 impossible badge seems a lot easier..
but its worth it (just for today) at least i got some 60 points and + i got myself freaking pissed off
this badge kinda destroyed my day.. thank you for the game 4/5 can't stop listening to that sound when tanks are getting destroyed

This badge was pretty tough, but here was my setup to make wave 20+ easier:
Focus on energy over stability, get shockwave and gravity manipulator very early on to push and pull enemies, then get gravity trap as it is useful for holding 1 side on the double sided waves, then get the projectile grab and shock tower for extra control.
I got all the extra 4 shot types but I really did not use them so it is your preference. Save 10-15 points for wave 30 because you will probably need gravity manipulator 3 to swing the big grey ships into the red ones to trigger the singularity chain combo. To stop the unfair flying enemies, keep your hand ready to press R for the gravity grab to quickly halt them.
Good Luck

level 30 is bs...for that long of a timer having a random vehicle getting launched by explosions is annoying as hell....it is completely luck based please fix how far things are flinged by explosions so its not just banging your head against the wall whenever something lame happens.

Most annoying firing interface in gaming history? Could be! 3/5 because it looks SO COOL... but I just can't get into the little hover/drag/release groove I would need to in order to keep playing this. :-(

Sometimes in Crossfire, they nudge and everything blows up like ragnarök... But other times, they crash hard into eachother and nothing happens... This is the most random game I ever played, and NAV HACK + GRAVITY LVL3 + SHOCKWAVE = complete medium badge
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You really should get to keep your EXP if you fail. Otherwise you could be stuck on one level and have to start the whole game again.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Seems nice at first. Till you understand it's all about randomness... Can't relocate your points to try another strategy. After trying 30 times the same level i gave up...

You know.... great concept, but its so over complicated, that in my current state, I literally am going to go do something else. Even the main menu is over complicated. Theres no campaign? So whats the basic new game button? Not going to waste brain power i currently don't have with me trying to unravel where the fun is.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Crossfire mode for the medium badge is horrible. Too many times collisions happen offscreen that instantly kill you. This game wins the award for looking like it should be lots of fun and failing miserably at it.

I have a REAL problem with this game. The borders shouldn't overlap the playing field, the singularity explosion is my worst nightmare when it sends enemies FLYING by me, and you shouldn't have the power-ups under the enemies, but my biggest problem with this game is that you have to be DIRECTLY over the orb to launch it. It's not that easy on a laptop, you should fix that before anything else.
Overall? 2/5.

Interesting game. Though the launcher has a way too small pick zone where numerous times in a game I was unable to click on the towers launch source. Making for a quick 'game over' game on some levels. It would be nice if there was a pause button so I can see exactly what projectiles I can choose from rather than a quick mouse over as the enemy comes barreling in. Otherwise it was a very nice challenging game, but a bit on the frustrating side due to these issues.

There are a couple of games on Kongregate that I've laid serious fault to (and a 1/5 score) for piss-poor, laggy, unresponsive controls that made the game virtually unplayable. Recently I've even come under fire from a bunch of fanboys (who I suspect are actually the developer of one such game posting under different accounts) have taken serious issue with this and accused me of passing the blame for my outdated computer onto the developers. I mention that because this game, WHICH HAD A WARNING ABOUT HIGH SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, ran on my computer with absolutely no problems at all. That's why I don't let anyone else make excuses -- if this game can play without lagging on my computer, everything else should be able to as well.
