I agree with a lot of the others posting here that the game was too short. They have spells up to level 12 and you can only get to level 7. On top of that, in the beginning of the game it tells you that in the sequel you can access spells beyond level 12.. why not just tell us we can't even get up to 12 from the beginning? I was disappointed when it ended so suddenly, but it was a good time-waster. I literally bought nothing from the stores, and even on the hard difficulty this game was ridiculously easy. Still kinda fun though, and because of that - 5/5 (It doesn't take much for me to give a game 5/5 as long as it isn't utterly useless)

This game is simply the one of best free RPG you can play on this site and probably on the internet, if not the best overall. This was made by a team of professional and it shows. You kinda forget that it simply flash for a while when youa re playing and custumasing your charaters. There are some flaws like the fact that area of effect spells can only be cast on an horizontal line and not on a diagonal or vertical one, wich drops a bit of the 3D feel the tiles gives in battles, but those are minor flaws. Also having helemts would be a nice adition for doging those critical headshots and adding to the whole fantasy setting, tho i suspects they have been dropped to let the face show and make it apear more noble. I liked a lot the look of female Dwarves for the first time since i played RPG games but not so the female Elves who seems like they either are on a cockaine rush or have seen a Draco Lich.

Uhm, why are there spells for lvl 8+ if the level cap is 7? that makes no sense and kind of defeats the purpose of continuing :/

Played this for five minutes, then decided to go play DA: Origins.
That was two weeks ago, my graphics card blew out, and I'm stuck with a crappy one for now.
Back to DA: Journeys!!

Fantastic. I was compelled to get all of the Badges. :D
Hard didn't really seem that hard until the final fight with one of those ogre things. I only died about twice, which doesn't really seem like enough considering its supposed to be hard, and I'm rarely good at any game, even on normal settings. :P
Still, fantastic game (for a simple, "Play in your browser" kind of game), can't wait for the next one.

Its sick how they put items for DA:origins in this to unlock and they actually do help help for lower level characters in Origins. Anyways great game though

This took really long to load. And I mean really. I went to armor games and played 3 arenas on BTA and it wasn't even half loaded! While I understand if it really was a big game it would take really long, but this long? So I went and played 5 more arenas and it was about 90% loaded. That's when BTA started lagging. So I stopped and waited for the rest. So the waiting time couldn't be considered THAT long since I played a few games while it was loading and time passed quickly. So here's a thought: while waiting for the game to load, go and play another game :)

An excellent game, but not all that challenging even set to hard. I would recommend anyone with experience in strategy RPGs to jump straight into the hard difficulty setting not only for the badge but to also avoid making the game a total cakewalk. Also, save most of your money for potions and such because I kept finding good equipment in the field that made most equipment in the store a waste of money. Overall, it's very polished and well-made but I have a feeling that we'll have to wait for the sequel or expansion of Dragon Age before they make the second chapter of this game as a tie-in.
