the deck system needs improvement. I would like to make decks for only common cards for soldie, but also a deck for other live play's. Althuogh, you can only have a card in one deck. I feel this is not very good, becuase you should be able t put one card in more than one deck, becuase you will only use 1 deck at a tie anyway

The instant I saw EdgeBeeStudios, I thought "Must be expensive... I should probably go, but let's look at the comments first." then I lol'd at the 3rd top comment.

I would love an option to add the ability to sell crystals. Personally I never use the xp boosters and I have a huge stack of them building up.

The price for tokens is insane!!! i don´t wanna buy a card for 1500 token-what 250 K means...these are nearly 50 euro!!! for one card?? Insane!!

also, what is the difference between the 6 expansions possible to buy in the packs? Why not just buy the one for 7500 gold, if the only difference between that one and the 15k pack is different expansion?

Wow, this was just about the most monotonous game I've played in awhile. I usually don't have a problem with grinding but this was just mind numbing from the beginning.

I'd love a CCG that isn't such a money grubbing desperate cash cow. I'll donate 1 kred because I pity developers like you. Oh no wait, I can't. Too bad, so sad.

I know what ths game needs! I like the game, but found it a bit repetetive, it needs cheaper packs! CCGs are fun because of the ability to change and customize decks. You cant do it as much in this game because of lack of cards. and thats why this game should be cheaper.

I'm probably going to get downrated for this, but as a long term player I think I should say why this has a high rating. Card Monsters offers a different type of stratigic gameplay to other CCGs. Not being able to choose who to attack with each card means placing the monsters in specific positions is part of the stratigy itself. Another difference in the game is being able to level the cards up themselves. Because of this theres incentive to keep playing to improve your deck. Towards the end of the game levelling cards is not that hard, and with moon crystals (provided ingame) levelling even epics is not that difficult. One reason for the negative comments/high game rating is not many people are getting into the later stages of the game, or they're just badge hunters who are complaining about getting the badges. @dzamie, yes, they don't need the 3d effects, it slows the gameplay down alot.

people been saying you should be able to sell crystal and i agree with them but what about you can use them to get coins faster. you know how moon crystal give you 250% xp why can't we use it to get 150% (or something like that) bonus to how much coins we get per fight?

if you could make the screen slightly smaller so it can fit in full screen that would be nice. that or allow a multi-screen size setting like with dragon fable or adventure quest for an example

What's up with everyone bringing out sub-par CCG's to try and ride on the coat tails of decent ones? This reminds me of all the hastily thrown together card games that appeared when MTG became hugely successful in the 90's. Weak showing, no real strategy involved and far to streamlined to be any fun.

@tryhardtom Your story is very unfortunate, but not unexpected. With 135k registered members, a lot of people have bought multiple master packs as you have. With that many people, statisticaly speaking, its fairly likly at least a few people will get screwed over and all of the packs they open have the same bad rare; the same way a few people will get very lucky and open multiple packs with the same awesome rare. The current chances they have set up are fine, you're simply the unfortunate victim of the law of large numbers.

You can increase the game speed in the options (top right cog wheel).
Rewards can be claimed at the shop.
Equipment color has to match the color of the monster (except grey/generic equipment)

Many people exceed 100 days streak on Roulette. There needs to be some changes after 100 (Maybe new rare/epic evo or one the expansion booster), if not, then people may lose interest and play less. I am sure Edgebee doesn't want that.

Nooks, its because the card was going to have higher stats, but it got too OP and they changed it in the last second. Unfortunaly they didn't have time to make new stats for it,hopefully in the future? Hope i helped :)

Cards follow certain rules depending on attack type: http://www.edgebee.com/wiki/index.php?title=Card_Monsters_BETA#Monster_Cards
Thus placement of cards is important:
http://www.edgebee.com/wiki/index.php?title=Battle
Ranged will target across (3 enemies), straigth (2 enemies) or the middle (1 enemy).
Magic hits across or the middle (no target across).
Melee can only attack from middle to middle (unless with reach).
Chance will attack random.

no offense, Yrrej86, but are you being sarcastic or are you just... plain dumb?
1st master costs less, to allow u to get it earlier. from the 2nd master on, the price will stay at 12.5k
Expansion booster is locked, because the cards have been merged into the master pack, to get ready to place expansion 2 cards in the expansion pack position.

There's an extensive wiki for all your gameplay questions: http://www.edgebee.com/wiki/index.php?title=Card_Monsters_BETA

BluuGhost: There is a tutorial ingame. It's a bit hard to find, since it requires reading the text popups in battle ...
luckyd0g: Auto doesn't play for you (it's a bit more complicated than a simple $rand(1,2,3) as in Tyrant), but it saves you from ending your turn manually once you have your cards set up (great for swarms).
Edmund37: Most of the highly rated negative comments are dated from some months ago, hard to get rid of those :) 99% of the rest is either "booh edgebee -5/5" or "I didn't read the ingame tutorial, now I don't know what to do, boooh -5/5".
