dear diary: today a couple of musketeers came in and asked for toy swords, i think there twins and i think they wanted to play with the swords which makes me wonder if there real musketeers also, my blacksmith, bob, looks depressed i think i'll cheer him up

The developer automatically sets the game speed to 1.3x so we run out of energy quicker without telling the difference. Sneaky bastard.

i think this game, in a way, is more realistic then the sequel, not in graphics(obvi) but in gameplay, you can haggle with people and they can come in with more or less the original price and the workers have moral that can increase or decrease and they had paychecks, stuff like this should've had been added in the sequel :(

Only reson i make a loss nearly every turn is because i have to wait for ages, play anther game in a new tab and the the days over without me selling anything

I do have to say i like this one better then the second game. I agree that the token system is annoying, I've learn to tolerate it. This really is one of the best games that I have ever played.

I've seen some people complaining about how edgebee makes us wait for the days. They claim that edgebee ignores their players, however the second swords and potions game doesn't require you to wait for days. They haven't ignored us people, they just stopped updating the old game and created a new one based on the feedback.

This game belongs on Facebook not Kong. I come here to PLAY games not sit and stare at a day clock. I'll be wary of any games by these devs now.

Seriously...you're making your satisfied costumers pay for the day?! WHAT?! NO! just no...
I mean, making us pay for the tokens is understandable because it's not necessary for gameplay to have instant completion and suchand I understand you have to make a profit but to make us play for the DAYS?! Come on guys. seriously...

Why would they still suck money out of players for Swords & Potions while there is Swords & Potions 2 out. At least, let us play the first game free, while charging for the second. Truly disappointing.

I wish they weren't money suckers 24/7. It gives EdgebeeStudios a poor reputation and it certainly doesn't make me like them any more than I already did. I hope they take all these comments about putting ads up seriously. I hope they don't blow us off. AM I RIGHT!
