The Cactus skin is only supposed to SLOW DOWN dehydration. Not stop it. If you couldn't dehydrate then how would you get back to town? You wouldn't. So for everyone who keeps saying "The cactus skin doesn't woooooooooooooooooork!", It "woooooooooooooooooooorks" just fine. You just don't know what is does.

FINAL BOSS TIPS:
Tumbleweed: Just time it when it is next to you. It gets really frustrating.
Bandit: Like the shootout game: wait until the sign says draw, then shoot.
Bomb: When the bomb is 1/3rds there, shoot it.
Insults: Press the corresponding button to insult Padrino
i.e. You are a moronic, greasy, insulting, terrorist. Then followed by the mashing segment.
You can get 4 hits before you lose. You can get extra HP by winning each one except the insults.
