Then, not minutes after his amazing feat, it was discovered that a whole planet was zooming towards the earth at precisely the same angle that the meteor was, and all Druce's efforts were in vain and all the effort and money put into saving the earth the first time was a complete waste everyone died. The End.

if you get this little money for flying a rocket when the rocket itself is so expensive (naturally), why do it? wait...oh...its a game.

If you have trouble getting high enough, try to save your fuel instead of blasting it all the way. Try to keep the speed in the lower redzone, and try to float for as long as you can on the arrow-boosters.
Then you will soon see "Homer Simpson, the man who saved the earth"

Having trouble beating the game even with full upgrades? Tip - Don't hold spacebar for the entire flight. Try to keep an eye on your speed and keep it in the red/dark red range. When you're in the red ranges, tap the spacebar to maintain speed but DON'T hold it down or you'll run outta fuel early. Hope this helps!

A fun little launch game. Simple, yet fun. What I liked most (right after the music) was the fact that you actually had a chance to evade flying thingies.
And, be honest, who still collected every damn diamond despite having upgraded everything? :>

giraffe your not in the rocket neither is the hillbilly would you go up into space and try to suicide hitting a meteor hmm what if you miss meteor 1 rocket 0 its just logic no matter how stupid the hillbilly is he wont suicide to help millions of people so if you want to blame the meteor for 2012 thats fine with me but it wont happen why would you go in to a flying time bomb 030 its just logic

This game would be a lot better if you could save your progress. It's getting really annoying having to start over every time. :I
