ok... here is an idea...
since the game almost always works fine on the website, but not on Kong,
i suggest transferring accounts to the website. I'd even pay a small fee for that. The game is pretty new on the Kong website, but there are already several frustrated people about the game. It's kind of really really annoying to have these kinds of situations once or twice a week. The game already has a steady "fanbase" here, you should not dissapoint them. Either work on the re-occuring problem, or just transfer accounts to your website-server.
cause this is frustrating (yes, i repeat frustrating ALOT since it is!!).
So this is my two cents, move accounts to your website for a fee. :/

Hi MorphX, I'm sorry about the previous login problems. Our engineer has already changed a new code for the entries in order to fix it permanently just now. So hopefully the previous problem will never happen again.

PLEASE READ: The servers are not down, there are issues with the redirect links, not much better I agree but let's get the facts right. The reason for the delay in repair is that the company in based in China and all their employees seem to work 7:00pm - 3:00am EST as this is the time their site offers for live support. It sucks and we should be very well compensated (not 50AP and 50K gold that was just a joke) but not much we can do until they wake up and go back to work. I have sent skype msgs to Adam and Connie so as soon as they get there it will be fixed.

theres no maintence the link for Kong players is broken I bought DG yesterday so I could try and keep up with my non-Kong rivals but without being able to log in DG is useless, unacceptable.

WHAT IS THIS??? EVERY F*CKING WEEK THE SERVERS GO DOWN FOR HOURS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! SO MANY TIMES WE ALREADY WAITED MORE THEN 24 HOURS, WE GET NO COMPENSATION! YOU PROMISE BUT NEVER FULFILL IT! THE GAME IS FUN, IT KEEPS ME BUSY, BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT MORE STABILITY. AT LEAST POST SOMETHING NOW AND THEN, SAYING "WE ARE BUSY FIXING THE PROBLEM". OR F*CKING REMOVE IT! So, once again, main server is fine while nothing working on Kongregate...Nice devs.... If only we could log on gamedp with our Kong account, but no. I keep playing as i think this game is nice but don't expect me to give you any money

Yeah this is getting pretty annoying with the S1 Kong link not working consistently. More people will be leaving for a game that the devs actually care about.

What is happening now, my account on server 1 is level 42, and now this at level 1, po I want my account at the right level o 42

created a character on server 2 now on both server 1 and 2 its the same character, so i lost my lvl 30 character on server 1.

Server one and two are basically the same server now LOL. I have a lvl 63 warrior on server one and a lvl 32 on server two.. but there basically connecting to the new server. Think there been a brain fart somewhere!

NOTE ON S1 ISSUE: You most likely have not lost your characters... S1 is connecting to S2 for some reason. I have sent an skype msg to Adam to address but it is well after midnight there now.
