Why we cant set him in fire? And using more specimen would be great. Having one in great Mood and high humanity. And the other maybe just torturing or trying to do reactions that needs bad mood and low humanity

For the philosophical-minded out there, it's intresting the fact that even if you choose not to harm the specimen, eventually you have to do it to progress. Likewise, if you choose not to treat well your specimens (plural here, mind you), you have no option but to explore other items beside weapons.
Much like lab experience in real life, where rats and mice are mandatory sometimes for experimentation.
On a darker side... as the player is the wan choosing the course of action, you do can choose to slowly mutilate, or to kill swiftly. Even if they are just zombies, the intresting thing is that on real life, harming animals and small creatures de-sensitizes people, and makes it easier to harm other people, simply for not being part of our own group.

@socom1: No. There is no real conclusive end. After having researched all objects completly and completed all objectives the only objective left to do is to get out there somehow. Which is impossible. Therefore you go into some kind of endless-mode.

How is the captain not impressed by me teaching a zombie how to play guitar, salute & properly fire a hand gun, AND care for small animals? I just created an awesome new pet!

I feel like an awful person, going completely against everything I believe in, when I even go to the weapons menu.
This feels like a sick real-life psych experiment.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who got way too emotionally invested in this game. (I taught him to READ! I taught him to SHARE! I taught him to USE A FORK! And you just go and SHOOT him? You BASTARD!)
Also, I eventually reached a point where I was procrastinating doing my real research by doing virtual zombie research. In short, 5/5.

When you press and hold your mousebutton on an interact item (like beach ball) you'll get information about the item AND in the right upper corner you can see the subjects mood, humanity and hunger!
press plus so everyone will know!

Tips in the game : Reactions - Get weapons to gain as many reactions as possible.
Research Points - Look for Appro. Items and Preferred Items, also try to find new reactions for more RP.

Interesting game, great and innovative concept. It could use few interface tweaks (showing the zombie parameters (mood etc.) all the time, showing the result of item use once you find it, easier access to items). Would be also great if it had some alternative endings, if it really mattered what you have or havent done. And its bit too long - was boring after 7-8 objectives.

I don't quite understand why this game isn't rated higher. I am a helpless addict when it comes to zombies and can't get enough of 'em; for the amount of people that claim to like zombies, this rating just confuses me. Sure the start is kind of slow and may seem a bit over-bearing, but it is an amazing new aspect on zombies and you can tell the creator put alot of thought into the game. Story was good, concept was amazing, depth was astounding...not to mention, I've been playing this game for 8+hours straight..it's 2AM and I'm not done yet. Must find all reactions!! 5/5, good sir. Favorited and will be recommended to all Zombie-Loving-Friends. :3

I cannot explain my frustration in trying to preserve my zombie only to have him punch a hole in his stomach and knock his own jaw off, thus preventing me from doing some reactions. Goddammit, once I'm done experimenting, I'm filling it with nails, bolts and bullets.

I actually really enjoyed this! The concept was great and the execusion was pretty good too, even though the gameplay was quite simple, it kept me in the game for a while, i played right to the end! I really hope to see more games like this! Thank you!

Warning: Don't leave a specimen alive for too long. If you do, you will get attatched to it. It will become harder to beat the shit out of it to decrease its mood. Or was that just me?

"Show me your progress!" The specimen can eat -let's say- properly, listen to nice music, play a Fender, pet kittens... And that guy tells my results are crappy. Oh yeah, next time try it yourself! I lol'd. I'm going to keep playing!

This game has changed the way that I have viewed life. The dedication I put forth into the few days that I have played this game surpasses the dedication that I put into any event in my past life. This game has taught me to be more philanthropic and to learn to love more. No joke, this game can change lives. However, just as easily as it can change a life to be good, it can easily corrupt a life from all the violence inside. Either way, 5/5. Rarely do I find a game developed as wonderful as this. Lots of repetition though. Fun for a while, but it teaches a lot.

When he talks of the nuke on Evan(s?) City, then hearing the soldier say "It didn't work! IT DIDN'T WORK!"
Reference get? To Road of the Dead.

Anyone else unable to get the advanced reactions for certain items (rubber duck and carrot for me atm) despite fulfilling all requirements?
