Quarantined areas regarding zombie appocalypse are areas that absolutely no one except the military can exit,That's the reason why they keep shooting you.The reason for it depends on the danger level. Quarantied areas which caused the appocalypse are mostly bombed so the virus will not spread. But ofcourse,it always fail. In this case, *said at lab of the dead* Evans city was bombed with a nuclear missile, but the zombies didnt die and the appocalypse didnt end. Obviously it's for sequel porpouses XD
