Be cool if you had the option to dive out of your car when it was on fire while sending it careening into a roadblock or something and then see how far you could get on foot.

I will say one thing about this game, the voice acting is fantastic for a flash game, the main character especially, I would hire him as an actor in a second.

At first this game was a 4/5, then I noticed the windshield wipers. Little touches like that, make this game perfect.

shidler9 i highly doubt the military gives a crap about one man, they would rather shoot him than waste all of there time doing what you think they would.

alright, this is a great game, the gameplay s smooth and fun but is very repetitive
i never actually noticed untill i started writing
love evrything about the game

@ Muffino--the spike strips move cuz the ppl on the sides pull them. police actually do this when placing them.
5/5. awesome game. nothing like it really. id give it a 3/5 for being a zombie game alone

This guy is amazing! He can drive a car that's on fire with no windshield or wheels while taking thousands of bullets to his body while shooting down helicopters and running over hundreds of zombies. If that's not amazing pigs must be flying in South Africa.

Probably one of the best games I have ever played. At points in the game I actually got an eerie feeling as if I was in that car. 6/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The military is retarded. Since when do zombies or infected honk at and dodge civilians? Let alone drive a car.
And those magic spike strips are aggravating and stupid >>

one of the best flash games i have ever played... no, it is the best flash game i have ever played. in depth story, huge amounts of detail, no ironic jokes or corney one liners, and work way above the level of most first-timer games. obviously had a lot of work put into it, and i will love to see your next game!

Muffino. The moving spike strips are supposed to be like the soldiers throwing the strips in front of your car when you get close. Sure, they dont expand like the real ones do, but I thought it was a nice touch.

I think this is exactly what would happen. The soldiers have orders to contain the quarantine and a running civilian would actually be their priority one target.
This is an awesome game, excellent graphics, a great soundtrack and the military radio snippets are adding so much atmosphere to that. Really great work!

Voice acting in flash games is usually done horribly, but in this one it's actually quite refreshing. Nice little smart remarks that amused me, and the radio transmissions are nice for the atmosphere. I like the spin on the zombie apocalypse by driving over them and not getting out and shooting them all. It's done very nicely from first person and the visuals are perfect for what it is. The only thing that would have made this game better is if there were a tape in the car playing heavier music.

an interesting concept, but it's annoying the way i keep hearing the same things on the radio over and over (can't seem to reach the 4th checkpoint?)

Is it just me, or does the mute sounds button not work? I can still hear zombies, the car, shooting, etc. after I mute the sounds.

Although I could have finished a novel I've been working on for a few years (not that it'll ever get finished) while waiting for it to load, this is game is to ridicously fun, in fact, I'am afraid I might not ever leave my desk. =]

Kudos! Personally I really like the radio voice over. It gives a special touch to this already quite original zombie game.
"Current strategy is shit!"

Oh, @Muffino, If you look closely on the sides there are soldiers pulling the spiketraps to the path of the car. You have to run over them to stop the spikes from moving.

@Whaker, So they're incapable of asking him to get out of the car, checking him, putting him in a safe, quarintined place, asking him to help them kill zombies after checking he isn't one of them, asking him to transport survivers out of the city once checking he's not infected, or anything else that would be the logical choice here? I'm not complainging about the game's mechanics, and I see why they had to add more enemies, but it just doesn't make sense to me.

Please make it so that with sound: OFF and music: OFF there isn't any sound. I could get the menu quiet, but both the garage scene and the game itself were not muted with both set to off.

the helicoptter does not follow your cars position fast enough to hit the signs without having to smash into like 3cars

Very Good game 8/10.Although there are two flaws:One is that It does get a little boring after awhile. And Two:WHERE ARE THE TROPHYS!?!?

@ shidler, the soldiers don't think he's a zombie, they just don't know if he has the disease that is cuasing the zombification. Diseases take time to, ya know, work and all. If they let him out of the city, and he is a carrier for the disease, he could infect, oh say, the world? That's why they're going after this one guy.
