General: This is our tactic. Run in front of the vehicle and if you survive, grab on, even if it's on fire and has popped tires. Me: OMFG you're dumb.

Pause button would be appreciated,United States Armed Forces Zombie Apocalypse Counter-Measure Strategy: 1.) A civilian car leaving quarantine deserves the highest attention, more so than actual zombies 2.) Do not shoot at zombies, instead, hide behind stuff and wait for civilian car 3.) Only shoot straight down the road. Run directly in front of approaching vehicles to shoot them. If possible, cling yourself on the hood and shoot the driver while he speeds down a highway full of debris and zombies, its totally safe 4.) Helicopters must fly backwards facing the front of the target 5.) Prioritize single cars over cluttered zombie masses when carpet bombing 6.) Do no operate military vehicles, just park them in the general area and leave enough space between them for a vehicle to potentially pass through

A game that is very worthwhile to be played, brought me several moments of fun.
I hope that many other people also enjoy the game.

Try slowing down in front of a zombie and leave your car there, let it climb onto your car and wait.. See what happens next

So... your windshield is broken and you're going 120MPH and you hit a zombie, but it doesn't die, it just sticks to the hood of your car like a tree frog for 7 seconds before jumping in. somehow.

The randomization of zombies makes Dead on Time difficult. Sometimes they are lined up together, sometimes they are on opposite sides of the road, and other times they are in front of obstacles.

for anyone having trouble figuring out how to shoot the zombie, you have to wait until the zombie is actually on your hood, then you can use it.

I give up, I can only punch the windshield even though your character is clearly shown holding a pistol. And this game feels like too much of a slog to want to spend multiple runs waiting for a gun to finally be usable.

Major problems include: 1. The inability to use your horn and turn right simultaneously. 2. The luck-based mechanic of the hard badge. (Especially the suicidal humans who run *AT* your horn.) Otherwise this is a pretty amazing game.

Let me get this straight. You need to avoid all the cars, which is like a bullet hell game in and of itself. Then, you need to avoid the trucks and buses, which take up half of the road, causing you to either slow down, steer across the entire screen or take a hit. Then, there are soldiers shooting at you who run across the road, making it hard to avoid them. It's okay, though, your windshield protects you from bullets, until you either get a mutant zombie (who is a bitch to avoid) or run into a few cars. THEN, you need to avoid the f*cking spike strips, which cripple the controls if you run over them, and they jump around the screen as well! That's hard enough, but none of those things are as much of a bitch as those motherf*cking choppers. Damn those things.

Speedwave, they KNOW that you aren't a zombie. Zombies can't drive cars. You are a civilian who is trying to escape the quarantine, but the military doesn't want you to. You can hear the story if you have the volume on.

One pistol shot kills any zombie in this game, but in Road of the Dead 2 the zombies can survive a shotgun to the face.
