The end says "Thank you, organism" which leads me to think that I was just put through a situation similar to how animals feel when being tested on. They do what they are told, and get a reward (in this case a banana). Nicely done :)

I think the test subject hacked into the server and killed itself. Or, uploaded its consciousness to the Net. Either way, good minimal story.

What the heck is with that cat? It's just like "Oh, you're focused? Let me help you with that." Randomly appearing cat? Cool.

was it me or did anyone else beat it under 10 minutes, all you had to do was get the idea of what the level wanted then find position of the mouse, the background secret was the difficult part

I feel like the secret levels were too easy compared to the rest of the game, and probably more could be done with the ideas from those levels.

I'm sorry, but this qualifies as a puzzle game in the same way Candyland qualifies as a strategy game. On a whim, I pulled my toddler away from watching Curious George, and he was able to solve a number of puzzles within a minute or so each. Games need to have some sort of challenge to them, and that was the one element that was sorely lacking. The concept was good, the music and art style were good, there weren't any programming bugs that I noted, but the complete lack of anything resembling difficulty knocks this game down to a single star rating.
