With the build below, i managed to kill Zodiac Memory with:
Golden Apple
Life Stream x3
15s invisibility is OP unless RNG stops your auto more than it should and the golden apple as the description says, decreases boss HP to 75%

For the hard badges: Choose Neraine as your hero and Ladon as your beast.
Only put points into agility and power. Max out agility first (30 is the cap).
Feed your beast only dark stones. You're aiming for Beezlebub.
Get Deep Blue (A class) and Grim Reaper (S class) for equipment.
Always make sure to buy an Azure Breeze from the store and use it at the start of each level. You only need dark stones for this build.

I like the style of the graphics but they actually interfere with the gameplay for me - the complexity of the backgrounds and character make it harder for me to see if bullets are about to hit my rider.

So ... I have to choose my next beast based entirely on it's look and name? I don't get to see what attack and ability it has until AFTER I upgrade to it? Then, of course, I can't change my mind unless I start over? No thank you.

Sword is piercing AOE damage that is about double your little bullets. Aside from tough enemies (stationary ones that shoot something at you), I found it much easier to kill with sword.

Pretty music. Kinda fun. Level cap makes it tough if you dump stats into something useless. Hitboxes are far too huge.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I can't speak for the other classes, but the sword is awesome on the Agil-Type girl. It does a massive amount of damage, and you can end up killing most units before they have time to shoot.

This is a game where the screen is completely overrun by enemies, and those parts which aren't are completely inundated by weapons ranging from ball lasers to projectiles to stars which simply appear on top of you without warning or any ability to dodge. Given all of this, can someone please tell me why anyone would ever want to use the sword?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's okay, seems more like a beta game to me, hit boxes on your character are too big, I think it's absurd there are medals based off of how well you do when there are projectiles that can't be dodged.

Game is fun. The art looks good but is the biggest problem. There is a lot of color in the foreground and background, and with the enemies and projectiles. Sometimes it's hard to see everything and notice enemy shots. You should definitely not have foreground objects obstructing my view, ever.

The backgrounds are too similar to the PC's and make it much harder to track. Long tail on the Beast is useless and makes movement annoying because some people may subconsciously try to protect their animal. Overall feels like a fair but untested game

Oh wow, I remember this game from way back in the day. If you let the overworld/map selection music play long enough, it takes quite an interesting turn.

It's a little bit hard to see the attacks. They fit in too well with the background, and it's easy to confuse them for items or vice versa. Giving them a red outline or something would make them easier to see.

The zodiac memory kills me before I even understand how; the other zodiacs were easy, but then the boss instakills you immediately

annoying that their is only one gender, I'm not saying girl characters are stupid, they are not stupid, its just I would like maybe 1 male Character please Developer.

The non-battle music for this game is exactly the epic kind of music that you would hear in the Epic Battle Fantasy games.

1->2 upgrade needs 250 stones, 2->3 is 550, 3->4 is 1210 and 4-> is 2670 stones.
In sum, if iou wanna get phoenix or beelzebub you need 4680 stones of one color.

Can't really say its well made, for example
1.The ingredient for recipes was never mentioned available in which stages, making player butthurt to find certain ingredient.
2.Beast evolution have no reference, it is a complete mystery and irreversible, unless you played the game over and over again and make a record out of it.
3.Boss-fight is too luck dependant,there is no clear indication of what attack the boss is going to make, where the attack is going to land, and time interval for boss launching atk is too quick, such as zodiac memory and cancer, I have complete no idea where the rainbow beam is landing or where the storm is coming at me , there are also many attacks that are casted without any prepare action such as Incantation sign attack. Even Pisces are giving huge problem that they are able to cast beam attack in 2 direction, and the atk is casted almost immediately without indication of which direction they firing, making the fight is almost pure luck-dependant

Evidently, the level cap is still 20, which is puny. You will probably reach it long before you are finished, especially on the Nightmare setting. I am restarting because the power stat appears to be comparatively useless, and it really is unfortunate that one must learn these things by trial and error with no way of redistributing anything if you find that you've made some bad choices. Not really a great game as shooters go, but it's fun enough to stick with if you can see past its major flaws.

For those who wants to play as Esis
On the 'world'(map) screen press A+T+L. Type in "longcat"(all small letters!) instead "Answer here". Then click 'next'. There will be a sign "Extra features: On"
You will enter level as Esis.
Her 'breath' is damaging all enemies on the screen at the cost of mana(will work until the manabar becomes empty).
Her common attacks cost a lot of mana(about 25, i think), so upgrade Empathy a lot(Arcane Earrings are also a good idea, but you can be 0-mana-locked).

Good game, shame the guide's broken. However, there are rave reviews about Sisily and the Azure beasts...
She's really good as a fighter.
@IvanC157: It autosaves.
@PomPomsamantha99: NO.
@Biancost: Not stones, but items. Should drop 2-3 of its item. Except Pisces, he drops one each head.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yep... Sisily with 2 Arcane earrings and Kraken = invinsible, but so boring. Arcane earrings makes you refull energy, while Kraken perma-freeze almost everything. You might wanna equip Life Stream items 4 slots for some stages with incoming monsters that might kill yuo with one shot without seeing them... According to make it works, you need to build power to the max, then agility as much as you can. Kraken is level 4 beast, all dark !
