If you have problems killing the creator, just buy a few chrono matters and stun it. It cant heal while stunned, and if you buy 4 chrono matters, you get 40 seconds to kill it. I needed only less than 20 seconds, so im sure 40 seconds will be enough for everyone.

using neraine, stacking max on agi, and with a deep blue and grim reaper its pretty easy to beat infinity space.
the gun move stuns them 80% of the time cause of 9.75 attack rate and max dodge. and the only thing thats really a threat would be the poison attack, which you are immune from with the grim reaper.
also at the end of the game you can restart the game with the same items *cough* secret item from infinity space*cough* on nightmare. and a bonus 2 points with certain ending titles.

I want to blame the end-game difficulty level on something like a horrible character build on my part, but there are so many powerful boss moves that give zero warning, take up the majority of the space you have to maneuver around in, and in Zodiac Memory's case, are unblockable. I thoroughly enjoyed the game all the way up through beating Cancer, but now I'm not even sure what I could be doing differently to make this fight manageable.

i think you should be able to see that stats of a beast before you spend stones so you can pick which one you really want

Pff, i kept feeding my Tiamat for like 4000 Crimson stones, and nothing happened when it lvled :(. Please either make it impossible to feed it when its fully grown or make it stronger when i feed it.

Today i just found out that Genesis is a merge of the creator Gen and the girl Esis, and that the first two letters of Gelayn and Neraine is Gene and Sisily is Sis. Ge. Ne. Sis

Don't know why many people are upset of level cap, I enjoy the game as it is now. Defeating twice Zodiac Memory got 100% resists on Nightmare difficulty, and nearly maxed out 2 stats, while with full agility. Even with max agility the dodge rate is not 100%, so there is a chance of you getting hit, but if change the level cap at least some levels higher you will get nearly/fully invincible to damage, because of higher than high dodge. It would get really boring fast. So, please, don't blame about changing the level cap, because the game is wonderful as it is now, but will get ruined if level cap gets changed.

I may have had an odd run, but by the time I beat the game, I still wasn't able to purchase most of the upper-end items due to lack of components. I even played through several levels more than once to get a gold medal. Again, I may have had an odd run, but if it's a common issue, perhaps those components could drop more often?

Zodiac Memory isn't hard, it's just annoying. Randomly freeze, bring you to 1hp if hit. If you randomly freeze you can't do anything to avoid hits, so it's pretty much just a random fight without skill...

I swear this is some of the best music I've heard in a flash game ever. Sometimes I load this game up just to have it on the map menu in the background for the music. Wish I could find the whole song somewhere to download!

I really enjoyed the game, but I have one huge problem. The evolution chart tells you what they are, but not what their abilities are. What's the point of being able to choose the path you take and not being able to know exactly what you're investing in because, like many others have pointed out, once you evolve, there's no going back.

I followed MLaurie's idea. Went Neraine with Ladon. Maxed out agility first, then power (be sure to unequip things which give you boosts since it counts those towards being at 30). Use Azure Breeze every map to only get dark stones. Honestly, I found two Berzerker Stones to be crazy OP when you also have maxed agility. Other than the bosses, hardly anything could even survive long enough to get an attack off using her sword attack. Wound up being both of the final bosses on my first try at level 20.

I get so confused sometimes. The crimson stones aren't crimson! The azure stones aren't azure! The snozzberries don't taste like snozzberries!

Neraine can easily beat any boss with kraken,berserker soul,deep blue and maxed AGI...a bit of power and endurance(so you dont get 1 shot)..if you really want to win Zodiac you can maybe max empathy as it allow you to spam freeze(your main Damage output come from your kraken)...AND dont use swords..just freeze them to death

Personal tactic: First off, Gaylen is the best choice. For one, he will automatically in the end be superior to the others due to his additional stat every 3 levels(which will be +6 stats in the end, three free levels). Plus his attacks are perfect for your opponents, his first attack splits making it ideal for trash. His second attack is a poison, so switch to it for bosses then use your time to make sure the dot's still on and dodging. The bubble shield is also a nice touch.
For beasts I'd recommend Ladon. His perk makes gems come to you, making gem collection much easier. From there, I haven't experimented with all of them, but I chose specializing dark and using the light gems to make items like beserker's scarf.
For stats, it seems that beasts>rider in damage so specialize in agility for attack speed and dodge, and empathy, because it seems that your beast attacks based on chance for when you attack. So, the more attacks you do, the more likely your beast is to attack.

there is a big bug/cheat. when fighting any boss, you can pause the game just as the boss makes his move, the move will carry out and finish. when you unpause you have the chance to instantly move your character out of harms way. (i.e. leo's charging atk, you pause let the move finish, unpause and keep hitting leo or any boss that shoots stuff at you like final fight with Gen and his lasers. you pause, he will finish shooting 6 beams but when you unpause it flies in one line instead of 6 making it cake to dodge). still took me 80 days to finish but makes the boss lv easy

Very good game, you mixture elements of old school games and the new ones, for me youre a genius. Like the people sayed, you should add in the game a option for reset the best stones (without gaining then back of course), my suggestion is for add a ingame book, like a collectible, so we can review the boss atributes and who was that monster that droped a certain iten.
You gain 5 stars for me and I'm looking forward for your next game.

??? it seems a lot different than the original game "ge.ne.sis". i love that game, but this game is shooting. im not saying its bad, but i think fairypoet should make a sequel to ge.ne.sis, with same elements, not shooting.

Alright, I've played this game too much, so if you want the easiest way to get the hard badges, LISTEN UP! First off, pick Gelyan. Second, max out agi, then go all power. Third, get Leviathan. Fourth, get Grim Reaper and Mirage Boots. Now, you're all set. The agi+boots+beast near caps dodge. Levi's perk freezes them every time you dodge. Grab grim skull to make yourself immune to poison, watch your ass, and Zodiac Memory becomes a simple tank and spank. ENJOY!

Use 2 every battle. Then it lasts forever.
For Zodiac and Libra Stage, use Kraken instead. Just press and hold 2, everything freeze and you never get hit. (make sure you have Kraken, dark-dark-dark-dark-white)
This is the FASTEST and SAFEST build. Period

Games good but you need to work on your colors. Enemy fire blends in too well with the background and so does most of your shots from two of the three characters. This is a HUGE game killer.

I had genuinely convinced myself this game was a *fever dream*, and to find it here so, so many years later is just. incredible. Guess I have to go hunting for the other strange games, like the one about hunting a gigantic dragonfly in this vast empty field haha!

If you spent wrong skill points, you fed to many gems to someone, or you didn't want to buy an item, you can refresh the game and it autosaves to the world map right after the battle you just won/lost. + to help other people.

I suggest that by feeding lvl5 beast one can change their alignment. (for example when I feed Leviathan with crimson stones it will change to phoenix)

I agree with what most people are saying this is a really well thought out game but some things need to be added such as a way to sell stuff or change azure stones to the other ones and vise versa, and a way to see what skills a creature has so one can plan ahead in evolution... maybe another male character to.

Another Note: Nidhogg is probably the smexiest ride in the game. glad i picked it first playthrough.

to the sequel.. And if no-one has noticed: Ge(lyan).Ne(raine).Sis(ily). The storyline is really well
written and deep.. very nice. a couple unexplained plot holes and appearances of sudden
characters, but it's the dream world. Random interesting and uprising things happen there.

Not broken. Zodiac Master, the last boss in infinity space, has an attack that lowers your HP to 1 for and keeps it at 1 (using potion can't heal you). If I remember right, one of its rune thingies also has poison effect and poison effect CAN kill you even while invulnerable. Best thing to do is dodge them and have refreshers on standby or use grim reaper.
