In my opinion, warlock is the most powerful hero. Since it has range and invulnerability, it can pretty much stay active the whole game if you have at least 1 point for the leech.

Beat last lv on impossible. Took 22:42 was much more difficult than last level with lv.29 warlock. No, I didn't have the expansion pack. I won by building enough units to amass 6k experience very quickly to release my hero. Then, I let my tower deal with them to trolls and infernal golems. Then, I kept the enemy pinned at their base for a long time, like 5-10 minutes while two catapults got the tower down to half life. Eventually the A.I. pushed back, just as meteor shower came up. I use my hero with invunerablity to hold off the huge A.I. pushback while meteor shower killed all the enemy units. I then, burnt all my cooldowns with a huge army lead by a dragon of infernal golems, trolls, and my hero all with blood lust and heal spell. I won very quickly.

Lv.29 warlock beat cave pass in 14:32 on first try. I found other than in the beginning reputation doesn't matter much. Therefore, try to fight most of the time by your tower with maxed out damage. The damage per second on a maxed out tower is extremely high and can easily take down a dragon.

Lv.5 beaten on impossible. Infernal golems + upgraded shadow demon for the win. Should keep the enemy pinned in stronghold until your catapults can whittle down their stronghold's hpts.

Finally able to beat lv.4 on impossible with warlock hero at lv.11. Took 27 minutes and some. Had to use infernal golems. Hero was lv.10, and I think my melee damage/armor was at 13 each.

Just beat impossible stage one in 11:01 with lv5. Warlock. I like it that even if you lose you gain exp, many other games are very frustrating in that if you lose a long battle you gain nothing.

I beat impossible first stage with warlock. Lost first time after 33 minutes then won in 16:21. Those upgrades really made a difference. When enemy warlock hero uses abilities with a few powerful units just retreat your hero and let your tower kill their hero. Then, when your hero is ready charge with every thing you got blowing all cool downs before enemy hero can respawn.

33 minutes and 20 seconds I lasted on impossible stage one until I finally gave up. Opponent's tower had 5-6 cannon balls and was rapid firing. I could have last much longer with upgrade three times drakes defending my quadruple cannonball tower. Well, I got 9 skill points so I'm guessing you can beat the first stage eventually by just losing over and over but gaining exp. Not sure if the last stage on impossible is beatable, would need every skill upgrade.

Just found a bug, I restarted as warlock on medium and I can build goblin soldiers and archers right away. This is despite not having the experience to do so.

Plz let tower prioritize the closest target every attack. Otherwise you can just straight up seige from the first wave, have your warrior dodge all the cannon shots and win with just assassins (before wizard becomes available) in the first 4 levels.

Uses the same music as Epic War. Similar setup as Epic War. Not really as good as Epic War. Definite issues with how it starts, difficulty, use of hero, etc.

Okay so I've been on *THE VERY FIRST STAGE* now for like 20 minutes, and I can barely ever get to the enemy castle. No matter how I try to spam soldiers, or what combination I use, they're *always* stopped midway by the enemy who has just as much - and is also leveling up at the same or faster rate than I am. There doesn't seem to be any way of even reaching the castle, much less doing damage. What am I not getting here??
