This game makes me wonder whether or not the counselor (the player) is a prisoner themselves. I mean...you're basically sharing a cell with this guy for 14 days, without leaving...even when the prisoner goes off to work. o_e

The most reliable way to increase work ethic is to buy a desk (or whatever it's called), buy a book, and have him read the work ethic book. I think he can also get work ethic from the TV and computer.
