personally i wouldnt buy the freeze upgrade. the only usefully part of it is freezing air enemies because your soldiors find it hard to hit them. but it seems to make the gun overheat faster and make it slightly waeker

A few basic issues: Gun speed upgrade triggers overheat ... Overheat should be upgradable. Ice damage cannot be turned off. Battle Droids are worthless for the cost you spend on it. You can't save your high score if you complete the game.

Fun game , a bit easy 'tho.
Maybe more levels and upgrades would inprove it.
Allied and enemy turrets way also be a fun idea.

I beat it and didn't see what all the fuss was about... until I tried to replay and vary my strategy. I think the ones I stumbled onto the first time are the only viable ones... namely spamming rocket launchers into a defensive position a bit in front of you until you have enough to wipe the level with them (10-20, gets higher as you go). Except level 5, that takes an army of the basic droids to absorb the running mine's damage. (Don't upgrade to ice until after level 5.)

Most annoying bug: if ur gun is overheated and u keep pressing spacebar it doesnt cool down. also ice bullets have lower damage and cant be turn off

Agreed, freeze is a downgrade...
I died on level 2..no kidding! I was playing w/o cannon, pretentious, yes, but far more fun. Anyway...things got out of hand, things sped up, and I got mauled by a 20 man grenade group. There comes a point in the level where the enemy gets overpowered...

Just a few notes...You guys seriously can't be complaining about having to let go of space for a few seconds...really? And to the guy who so vigilantly 'opted' for the ice upgrade, well...theres a time for words like opted, and this isn't one of them.
Fun game..I like the ability to control the army, to the extent you can, and the choices are balanced, playable, and...fun...yeah.

3/5 due to firing bug.
If I hold down the trigger on a laser cannon, i'd expect it to cool down then fire, not reheat back to the point of not being able to fire..
It makes level 5 VERY difficult.
And a better description of the upgrades would be helpful, if I knew the freeze enemy bullets were for the cannon, and would make the cannon less powerful, I probably would of not opted for it.

Wow.. I like this O_o It could easily get badges within a few weeks. I Five it, just make sure it doesn't go "Oh funs, I can click and ignore the game." and suddenly change it to where I slam into a wall of fail. I'll keep working at it ^^

its reallygood should be on hot games and leader board couse its not just a game deplloying alien dudes its actully quite hard at level 5 which isnot another boring easy crap game it actully desplays something hard. I think its sick =) 5/5 good job.

The only reason to not like this game is that the turret hitting people on the move is a little bit hard to do the gravity. Still 4/5

For lvl 5 you will need the basic unit for a distraction , make about 10 basic units and summon a zooka after that mass summon basic units to take hits from enemies. In the end you will win :P

If were able to hold them off with a single factory, and after a long time of failing, all the other troops must have sucked ass XD 4/5

The difficulty was fine for the first few levels. Then I hit that level with the line of 8 or whatever tanks zipping towards me, and died 3 times in a row. Wtf? Done.

Epic War meets the future. The graphics, buttons, etc. in this game were very smooth, very functional, and pleasing to the eye. Nothing crude or such. The gameplay was fun, much like the Epic War series, and I think this may become a new hit. A very well made game, but not thoroughly perfect, so 4/5. Keep working on the AI, but I have to admit that I liked this game a lot, and Im sure other people will too.

the difficulty is pretty high, but not too high i dont think, it gets difficult enough to put you on edge. what i didnt like about it was there werent enough upgrades to suit my needs, and the levels start out too intense too soon. i got bored fast due to the repetitive waves and how long it took to get to the enemy, but i could see this being a decent game, it deserves at least 4 stars.
protip: dont buy freeze bullets.
