Okay, finally got the medium badge after day 15 of making about 6 ice creams a day. And I think every day I watched the whipped cream fall, I thought to myself "I can't believe this is how I'm spending my time...."

Frigging 14 badges after 12 "days" ... then I look at the in-game badges (find them in the pause menu) and find out there are a bunch of badges for getting 5 bronze and 5 silver ratings and junk ... so By being a good employee, I miss out on a bunch of in-game badges and delay this 20 badge thing? bullocks... I guess I'll just botch a bunch of sundaes on day 13.

3 of 20 badges...this is going to be a torture. Sorry, but this is exactly the kind of game I usually see and start running - fast and far...

I don't like these types of games, so I can't really say it's bad per se. As far as it being part of a quest, it becomes a lot more bearable when you realize that a lot of the badges don't really require you to be any good at the game, you just have to make a lot of sundaes, and you only need 20 of the 80 badges. Which means there will be 60 badges I'll never even try to get.

You would think whoever made this yo dawg quest would have at least tested all the games first, and put some on there that he already earned himself....

Would've rated it 5 stars if you'd converted it into a defense style game. Let players equip their server with weapons to fire at the fat smiley customers storming in. Damn the customers... save the milkshakes!

I hate all of Papa's -games. The reason are as follows:
You need ass long to write down the recipe
You need ass long to wait for the judgment
You pay upgrade from your personal salary and tips

Besides being immensely boring this game teaches bad ethics. Trying to get me to suck up to unfriendly, ungrateful bastards is just plain slave morality, and I'll not stand for it, not even for the sake of a quest! I haven't even reached first pay-day yet, but I'm outta here and I'll not set foot in any Papa's restaurant game ever again!

You can see an achievement / badge list in-game by pressing pause and hitting the Badges button. For some reason you can't access this between levels...

I just want to finish this for the badges and do not find this fun at all. Where can you see a list of your achievements?

Game forgot all the important parts. "Cross-contamination", "Shithouse Hygiene", "Manky Mixers" and "Tolerated Self-Important Customer" badges. You also have customers returning 3 weeks in a row consuming FAT shakes. No weight gain. No pimples. Truly, how hard is it to go "Regular customer - same again thanks?"... Nope - lets drag out the mundane part of mundane work and put cheesy grins and cheesy exaggerated responses to comprehensive banality.

I really like how well it captures the unbelievable mind numbing boredom of actually working at a food service job. How is this considered a game?

For the achievement on getting 'Great' bonuses on building sundaes, you can keep getting the bonus and then trashing the sundae; you don't have to serve the sundae.

I messed up an order so bad on purpose. there was so much whipped cream on top it defied the laws of physics! it was like it was small at the bottom and huge at the top! it had over 10 cremeos 7 bananas and 8 cherries! :8
