I love the "Papa" series of games. Having played all of them I've started acting like some of these patrons in the game whenever I go to restaurants. When my waiter asks me how everything is I'll say something like "this meal was cooked magnificently! Amazing taste. But the food wasn't perfectly centered on the plate, and the toppings weren't put in the exact order I had specified, so....meh".

this game sucks. the free posters just get factored in, they make almost no difference at all. you waste too much time taking orders and seeing if they like it.

It seems Papa decided to go travel the world just because he saved a cat and expects the owner to take care of the shop (and profit) of the restaurant...

Customer: I want french toast with chocolate chips with cinnamon and 3 - THREE - banana slices; a pancake with blueberries with sugar and 4 - again - EXACTLY FOUR strawberries; a waffle with whipped cream, raspberries, and blueberries; FINALLY, cover the whole thing in honey. If you mess up the stack order - or overlap the ingredients *at all* - *IT'S COMING STRAIGHT OUT OF YOUR TIP!!!!! Now HURRY UP - I'm late for my rock climbing class! Me: (points to a sign that reads: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone) “Get out”

shazbotron - Perhaps it only counts the tips because that's the money the employee would receive, and the rest goes to the shop? I know it works that way for some places IRL but I'm not sure xD

Now I'm really wondering, how can Alberto taste in what order I put his three banana slices and three strawberries on his waffles? I admit I cheated and didn't put them on in the order he asked, but still, 60% for putting them on in the wrong order?

So, a slice of banana got just stuck on my finger and prevented me from completing an order, forcing me to restart the day.

Sometimes I dont get it. I'll build the perfect stack of pancakes and get 99%, but then when I have syrup and berries falling off the plate, I get 100%? I'll have to remember to some special sauce for those people who can't appreciate beautiful platting techniques.

This game wants me to be excited when new ingredients are released...but I say it's a trick! It just means more work from my measly tips!

Oh you taste tested your pancakes by chewing on your fork? Yes, I completely understand why you gave me a 90% at the grill station.

Very good game. For me the best of the series : 1st Pancakaria, 2nd Pizzeria and 3rd Icecup Frizzeria. The worst being Tacco's. But this one makes me want to eat pancake !!!

Wearing the sombrero brings an additional sense of suspense. I can't see how many points I'm getting with every order I finish.

Good game. If you want to be able to serve people faster, cook the pancakes and bread as the customers are coming in, then you have time to take orders. :)

I found your dog. But you can only see her again if you work as the sole employee of my restaurant for an undetermined amount of time. -Papa

These people have been eating pancakes every day for a month, how come half of them look like toothpicks? Next game will be the hotel pill service, giving them all sorts of treatment, properly stacked and defrozen!

I'm not a huge fan of the other Papa's X-ria games. I play to get the easy badges usually and then never look at them again. I found this one strangely fun though, it removed my problems with the other games. I love the targetting system, how easy it is to get the grill and customer alarms so it doesn't feel like too much of a grind. The minigames are horribly difficult but they do at least break up the gameplay. This is definitely my favourite of these games.

Man, making all those pancake, toast and waffles for the customer isn't tired enough but serving a drink to a customer as well, you got to be pulling my arms off...

Oh, god, it's another instalment of Papa's Fill-in-the-Blank-Eria: the same game again and again and again. Seriously, what is the attraction of these games? I want to play a game that's fun, not a game that simulates having a really boring job. I don't understand why anyone plays these. If you enjoy them, why don't you go work in the fast food industry and be paid to have your fun instead of just pretending here?

I feel so sorry for Papa's employees, they all recieve awful pay for running an entire shop. for rank 11, $150 a week, assuming an eight hour work day, they are paid ~$2.68 dollars per hour. It's a good thing all the employees seem to love their job, or there would be a strike.

im down with doyo (lvl 58) im sick of these games. i dont even care about the points. the first one was on the edge of too much.
