If you're having trouble in the cooking part, it's okay to have the waffles/pancakes/french toast overcook. As long as you keep flipping it so that both sides are evenly overcooked, (50%-50%) you'll always get 100% for the cooking part. (+ so everyone can see)

Okay! Here's the plan in drink station
So it turns out this drink station is VERY similar to what we saw in Papa's Freezeria: there is a slider that runs horizontally, and you have to click the green button when the slider reaches the green (middle portion of the meter). Like in Freezeria, you get an additional bonus tip for an "AWESOME!", and I suggest NOT going for that since you would have to get it right during the slider's first revolution around the meter.
So if you reaching rank 15 the drink station it would be unlocked. Can you do better.

thia ia my least favurite papas game it just doesnt have the same feel to it as some of the others, also needs a lot more usable upgrades.

Wooow.... The last customer I had... I got 100% on ALL other stations, just on the waiting station, I got 73... COME ON! IT DOESN'T TAKE A SHORT TIME TO BAKE BACON PANCAKES WITH 4 OTHER CUSTOMERS!
