I prefer later papa games where you spend money on boosting decorations, clothes, items that make the game easier. I didn't have done the hard badges yet because of that.

Seems like a lot of people have been saying it's impossible to get good waiting scores. But I find if you just take their orders as soon as they come in, you still can get in the 90s if you're fast. :)

What's wrong with these people? They all show up at an insane rate and then complain they have to wait in a one-cook pizza place. Papa should offer them an option to pre-order online instead of coming to the shop and wait in line! It's impossible to get the waiting scores anywhere decent.

game seems to have an issue with the current flash player, won't retain save data if I quit the game. Even worse this game's been here too long to update it.

Next time I go to a pizza place, I am ordering a pizza with exactly 8 pieces of peperoni, 6 green pepperss on one half, and 6 olives on one half, 3 of them overlapping with the peppers, split evenly among 6 pieces, in the oven for exactly 9 minutes. However, the cuts don't really need to be even...

Imagine a person so demanding they require the cashier at a pizza parlour to open the box so they can inspect their pizza before they pay. Now imagine a whole town full of said persons. No wonder the pizza dude looks so depressed.

Apparently I played this over FIVE years ago, got three of the badges and 35 of the gold customers. I've also switched computers since then. I want to slap my younger self.

Holy crud...this game is MUCH harder than the later ones in the series.
Between the no doorbell, no oven alarm, no upgrades to improve waiting time, and the customers slamming in one behind the other, it's virtually impossible to get more than 50% wait score after the first three customers.
That is, assuming you're actually playing the game and haven't used THAT thing every other commenter mentioned, ofc

Tons of customers and no upgrades makes it hardest Papa's game as you just have to make half of customers wait ages. It makes strange situation in which playing Papa's games reversed is better as you woul start with easiest and end with hardest.
