how do you do lvl 4? they keep surrounding me with fully upgraded units >=(. Each time a kill one of their teams they come back with another full load of upgraded units the next turn!!!!!!! =(

Is it just me, or does the computer upgrade your men randomly? Because that's abit of a bugger if you want, say, all knights, and no men-at-arms...

??? No Problem to beat this game. Use first Rounds to research -> easy in middle of game (waste of time) -> some challenge but you may beat it with some easy tactics at the end ...
liked the game, maybe some changes, but ot to hard!

Best strategy I found was 3 clerics in the back row healing constantly with a sword hero and 2 knights in the front row to soak up damage and slowly kill everything

cool game but some things make it REALLY frustrating. 1st: Make it possible to WAIT with units. I frequently end fights with the lowest possible level of the blue line for my units, means enemy mages attack 2 times in the following battle before its my turn and kill my mages before they see the light. 2nd: healers numbers should only be visible if they actually heal something, not if the unit is at full health. 3rd: after the 3rd map you have discovered everything and the game becomes repetitive to the max. Still good for the first hour! 3/5

Waaaay too hard, or so it seems from my first play. First area, and after taking about half of the empty territories the enemy armies get close. Now in their army they have enemies that can slaughter mine in 2 hits, and a 'hero' with 700+ hp which would take like 20 attacks to kill. I didn't even have time to upgrade beyond level 2, and they were still not even close to being strong enough. wtf? 3/5.

it depends knights take lots of damage and man at arms deals damdge so i would say knights when it comes ur hero being mage but if sword man then use man at arms o and 5/5 gg

jman, what conbos are you using for them? Because, without trying to sound full of myslef, i totally butcher with the Draylocks....
Try using hero warrior front and center. lanked by 2 of the deamon-ie club holding guys. And then behind them 3 of the egg things (that ALL become Fire Warriors....) this combo has never seen me wrong.

I don't get he costs.... My guy who just died... costs like 1392 gold to revive. Same guy, died just last round aswell.... 932 gold. Same type of guy from another army (also just killed) csts like 300.... WTF?
