Ogre Battle... Does anyone know? It's a SNES game and this game uses exactly the same concepts (minus the tarot cards). The game is awesome, really... but if you liked this game, you will definitely enjoy (or prefer) Ogre Battle because it's even better than this game and there is a lot of units and upgrades. One of the BEST thing in this game, imo, is the Castlevania theme "Vampire Killer"... It was a really good surprise. An excellent remix. Overall, it's a pretty decent game. 8/10.

For those of you that dont know, the reason that it takes more money to revive dead troops thatn to build new ones is experience. The units you have with full experience are free to level up and therefore revives are costed to the time and effort you have put into them. And as for why It takes different amounts of money to heal your units, pay attention to their location. Units in buildings have cheaper repair costs then those roaming free, and the cost of healing is also relative to the amount of health lost. Then whether the units are spellcasters (expensive) or melee (cheaper) goes into effect. Pay attention and you can also notice a price shift based on how well you are doing on the level compared to your enemy.

army's and research taken into the next lvls while having a few research that are able to get in lvl 1 easely fails alot. realy like the strategy at first tho, but when at lvl 2 maxed all armys all research i cant progress my str anymore and it gets boring. In the next version you should nether keep army nor research. but have like a skill tree at the end of every battle with upgrades of all kinds fastening up your army building ingame 5/5 for the strategy

im doing the human campaign atm mission 2 beating down the last stronghold defenders, wait what i see 1 demon teaming up with 2 human foot soldiers???bug???

Actually I mirror killerbot112299's comment. I'm having scrolling problems aswell. This has never happened before when I played the game. Weird.

wow, hah... I just realized the music used was from Castle Vaniya but warped or remixed, that and the nice details on the soldiers makes me wanna give this game a 5/5. I just wish the dragons looked a little sexier <3

Anybody else notice fluctuating reincarnation costs? I ressurect a dead knight for 300-something, then, it costs 1200 to reincarnate the same knight later ... O.o

research at level 3 = 7 max army, also need tier 3 for healers/clerics. and your when cleric dies. sell it then make another which is cheaper. always have 2 healers, will save you resources.

The melee heroes either need a major stat boost or some sort of skill cause they feel like slightly buffed basic units

also why is the human fortress defended by draylocks? when im human i cant do that! and when im draylock i cant hire humans. i understand neutrals being able to hire from both sides but i dont get how enemys hire your units

there seems to be an underpowered/overpowered issue. enemy field armies life is scattered from 90hp footmen to 190hp footmen where defence forces are completly normal

i find this a fun game and find it interesting that someone has the nerves to copy Disciples on a flash game...fine game though

upgrades should be unlocked after beating certain levels or else you can have all upgrades at lvl 2 theres not really "the big challenge" if you can have all at the start at the game

you should be able to hael your armies between battles. it's so annoying, having 3 enemy armies attack your best Army and it getting wiped out.also, there should be a retreat option, which costs gold and iron based on how strong your army is.

wew...its's harder than i thought!!...i got my 2 armys into full upgrade.. when i was in lvl 4 i create a new army that i thought will bring me many gold and iron..but i was wrong...i got my 3 army into full upgrade too..the when i'm capturing some village...then the enemy start attacking and attacking...then my gold and iron is gone cuz i start healing and healing my army

it's cheaper to reincarnate than it is to pull out some new soldier, and then you'd have to give the new one upgrades, so it's way cheaper

wtf....i completed the mission to capture 70% of the mines and i completed it by destroying the enemys castle directly and it went back to the title screen.....

Cheap and Effective team= 1hero warrior. rest all fire sorc lord and just do special.. there cheap to heal and the warrior is the tank or u can go all mage..

For the demon guys, don't bother using the wizard hero. You pay more to heal your front line guys, and heroes cost less to repair. Therefore, if you have two of the soldiers, they will take a huge chunk out of your iron, but with a hero, the cost will be much less.
