Great game. I like the way it looks. It's so simple, yet so great. And the music (Including the heavy breathing.) goes really well with the game. I just wish it was more "mentally challenging". What I mean is that some levels are based on timing, and not a lot of them are really puzzling. And it could have been a bit longer, but that's less important.
What I loved was the unique design and "twist" of almost every level, something I've never actually seen in a flash game before. Great idea, good music and visually pleasing. If only it was a bit longer and/or a tad more challenging, it would be 5/5, but this way, I give it a 4/5.

Bug: The level with the 4 platforms moving left to right. I fell down after getting the key, got smashed between the wall and the platform, and disappeared.

After I click "play" the second time, nothing works on the screen except the damn sound button. wtf, 1/5 for being bugged to the point where I can't even play it.

This game stereotypes and degrades those with psychological issues, issues which are very serious and must not be overlooked. It saddens me that such a game could still exist in the year 2012. I give it a 1/5.

Good game. but it takes only a few minutes to complete it. Maybe you can make a harder lavels? or more levels, ~25-30 ))))

Can't help but think this reminds me of another game where you play as a mental patient trying to escape but the name escapes me. Your game was better imo.

definitely a game I'd like to see a sequel too...perhaps more levels or more difficult puzzles. Keep up the originality in the level mechanics

The last level is much more difficult than the others IMHO, much more about reflexes than puzzle solving. Good game though.

Nice concept and puzzles. Two big gripes. 1: Controls. They need improvement. Both jumping and walking within little spaces. 2: Puzzle intuition. This is guess-and-test game. There's no logic to it going in. You just try and see what things do, die a few times in the process, then solve the puzzle.

The jumping needs to have a delay or require another press of a key. It is frustrating trying to do precision jumping only to have it auto jump on you upon landing because failed to release the key immediately after pressing it.

Loved the game so much, especially the Mario-themed elements. I also laughed when one room turned out to be a game of Pong. Props to you for making such an enjoyable game.

Great game. I love the way each level has a different thing to do, whether it be dodge electric beams or avoid those annoying platforms which splat you against the wall. 5/5.

Very nice "inside-concept" of, you as one mad man, being able to do the things you do in this game. 5/5 for the criativity itself
