The 'numbers' in level code are parameters and variables of objects(e.g. colour, size and position of suns, planets etc.) So if you actually understand those numbers you can create levels way different to levels in level editor.

3/5, the UI is retarded. You can't pan the camera even nearly far enough, the 'replay code' button is way to big and sounds way too much like 'retry', and numerous subtle and not-so-subtle flaws. Great game, but the UI killed it.
