I think the HP Recovery does not work properly. i got a few items with hp recovery but I don't see my HP moving little by little.

Equip hints: first of all, head for luck in your acessories and elemental damage in ur weaps, DO NOT GET NUMBER BONUSES, only get the bonuses that give you attack/defense %, and watch out for that rare stuff merchant every single time you enter the village, since he might have absurdly useful stuff. after you get high luck, kill the slimes in the northwest corner of the plains, happy hunting ^^

In order to get unlimited items. First get an item you want to copy. then go to the witch and buy a bunch of potions THE SLOW WAY! If you drag and drop an item (gems/potions/etc) then you can close the window and just hit J a few times and they have the item you just bought back in stock. After you fill your inventory with potions open the transmute (compose) then put the item in the middle slot, change inventory to 2 or 3 then pick up the item and drop it on a potion. Drop the potion on the background (if you are lost, drop the potion on the transmute area where you can see the witch behind you). You can continue to pick up the item and drop it on more potions then move it into a free space (or the transmute box) and click page back then page forward to get back to page 2 or 3 (where your new copies should be) + this comment because it can save you hours of game time.

Maybe it's just me but the 50% failure rate on the level 4 compose is just downright stupid. It makes no sense to bother with even trying for it when half the time you're going to lose all the bonuses the item already has. Either lower the failure rate or lower the penalty or you might as well just get rid of the level 4 bonuses. It's hard enough to build up materials, stones especially, without losing hours of play on the flip of a coin.

Hey, just a suggestion, but how about making lower leveled quests? Like first im all running around takling to people and killing 5 slimes, but then i instantly get a quest that says to kill all these goblins...

@jasongohfadil The very point of fantasy games are that you don't need guns to kill something with style. you could just use spells. And, if you paid any attention at all, this is obviously set in the middle ages. Do you think they had guns then, nope didnt think so.

@ helmwiq im sure that those languages are the more major or widley known languages, they cant include all 100000000000000000000000000000000 tiny little random languages that some village in some small tiny country uses.

this game got quite a few bugs that kinda ruin the game for me, after finding all the minotaur's horns and turn it in, but the game just kept it in your inventory for some reason and now you can't really throw it out because it's a quest items. I also got hit by an enemies and got flung to the wall and stuck there, so i had to run all the way back to the same spot. otherwise, it's a decent game.

Would be cool to be able to use level 2 and 3 soulstones also for level 1 operations.
I have around 8 level 2 soulstones but I want to perform a level 1 combination.
So I would theroetically need to kill around 200 of the level 1 slimes just to get that needed soulstone!

I must say, this game improves as you go on playing it. morikahn thanks for the very useful tips! with high drop rate I almost dont need to buy anything and I am always loaded with gold. Legolas56 thanks for the repply! Awsome game, ONLY thing I would like to add is an option to switch the keys, but this is a minor issue.

Uhmm. I think there is a bug there, whenever I use Falchion special attack (the one that slashes a lot in mid air) and the target is already died and still slashing it, the compose skill (get 5 hp/sp after kill an enemy) keeps on triggering healing me a lot. I know it benefits me a lot but I feel kinda cheating.

If you increase your drop rate, there won't be so many empty chests and you can add enchant all your gear. Go see Susan, k to compose, then click the manual button (the little button to the left of compose) to see what you are supposed to do. A weapon may have only 1 damage type, but several attributes.

Awesome game. One feature it needs is a toggle for 'I don't want to zone right now'. It's frustrating when you're manuvering around in a really tough fight and you barely touch the zone exit... and all your hard work disappears. I would love to see a key that I can hit that says 'treat the exit like a wall while this is toggled'.

When battling bosses, always make sure to use a potion of resurrection cause it automatically revives you with full health and sp.

On one hand, this game has a classic style with a nice large world. On the other hand, I have been playing for SEVENTEEN HOURS and I'm only, like, halfway through. The level scaling is... aaaaaaa, those centaurs. time played is in the achievements page.
