This is still one of the better TD games out there. The combo system was a lot of fun. It's a shame that it's lost in Flash. I would love to see an Onslaught 3 get made and put on Steam.

For the gamers who didn`t beat extreme mode: Spend all the money on laser chain and make a laser rocket first. And when the kills reaches 1100, spam damage exchangers at near of the chains as well as making the chain longer. Please remind that do upgrade the last laser first since it boosts the damage a lot. If the kills passes 2000, sell previous combo and build shockwave quickly then build some tazers at the entrance. After that, continue building the chain and upgrade the laser, finally you find yourself win.

After many years I finally got the hard badge.
An easy strategy is to setup a nuke combo with lots of +100% damage bonuses. While using that setup a couple tazor towers with a rate +100%. Those will effectively freeze the enemies while your nukes take them out. This will be enough to get you to 1500 kills.

I was doing so well then a small weight dropped on my spacebar sending out 20 waves at the same time I died with one more needed for the medium badge

It's also extremely frustrating because it seems like the actual weapons just stop working. I'm dealing 3 to 4 damage, when all my weapons are dealing max damage. Why does it do this? I also don't like that I can't click on an enemy, and that there's ALWAYS text latched onto your mouse, blocking the screen. Just let me click off the guns!

I just don't get combos (they need to be close together? I think?), and the menu is so hard to read that I've kinda got a headache. I also don't want to go off-site to learn more about a game when I'm only playing for the badge.

Not impressed. Never ending waves make it arduous. I was creaming the enemy wave after wave with a variety of towers and then a wave came and I killed none of them. Graphics are meh and the interface is sub-par. 2/5

Thank you che1997, your medium badge guide works great.. I tried the same method on extreme mode.. strangely it works perfectly up until 142nd wave, then everything falls apart.. it's like the enemies got 10x stronger in just one wave. Anyways, something should be done about the lag.

Wave 20: Rocket launcher fires rockets while waiting for enemies to get in range? Cool! Wave 60: Too many rockets! The lag! Accidentally starting waves 100-120 at the same time: Oh no...

Medium badge/Best of 07 badge: You want the map with the 4 square things and in the start put a rocket laser combo max the rocket first then the laser then add two more between the top and bottom squares then add a sniper behind the "base" and watch the kills add up :)

Ah yes, 666 waves and the game lags itself into oblivion.
It's a shame that the game only plays at 3fps at some point even with low graphics quality, no smoke particles and 50% time factor. Makes it impossible to place any new turrets. But hey, second best all-time highscore for easy mode ^^

Welp, I've discovered that if you put a rocket in range of the entrance, it'll spam bullets indefinitely until you lag into oblivion.
On the bright side, with the right setup, this got me the achievement.

I had to take a 5 year break...This is definitely the best TD ever made (with gemcraft beeing second) Sad to hear the creator (Gaby) passed on..He/She was truely something remarkable.

Had 1500 kills on medium, things were going great, decided to sell a lazer tower to build it somewhere else, the game completely crashed when I pressed S. Not gonna try that again

Geez. Moderators probably assumed that we are using walkthrough when they made the badges. Seriously the easy badge is relatively a bit easier than normal medium badge, the medium badge is relatively a bit easier than hard badge, then the hard badge is relative very hard badge worthy of 50 points

Geez. After trying on my own for the hard badge and failing over and over again I turned to walkthroughs on Youtube.... where I still failed again and again anyway because for some reason doing exactly the same things they didn't work. The strategy that finally worked was the video by GewaltOnslaught. Worked perfectly.

Be careful if you use the Rocket Lazer combo, especially if you have a potato pc because you'll have 50 thousands of rockets flying everywhere on your screen firing lazers and my poor computer can't handle it
