I have to disagree with you Mataza. That is actually my strategy while playing. Its just a numbers thing and you increase your odds of a big roll by throwing as many dice as you can instead of taking one more 1 or 5 to get a few points.

I swear the Realist AI is cheating. It always takes only 1 die out of its starting throw if there not a 500+ figure in it. It proceeds to only take 1 die until it as 450 points or it is down to 1 die to roll. This maybe the most complex of the 3 AIs, but its a really bad play style. When I play like that, I get 50% zilch before I get 300 together.

So, I notice that the old version is the only one available right now, both here and at playr.co.uk or whatever the home of this game is. I lost all my achievements when it switched, and the old version isn't as fun to play. What happened to the new one?

"You just set a high score in Zilch! [94 medals] Next, go for this badge! [Fools gold; best so far: 94]" Great. I'm one of the best at doing what the badge is asking me to do, and I haven't even gotten the badge yet. :P Prob just a week/day record, but nevertheless amusing.

@jfreek: no it doesn't. You obviously just got unlucky. I just got lucky and kicked the living poop diddy out of cautious. THE COMPUTER DOESNT CHEAT.

I just got six ones on my fifth roll on my first match against the Realist, that's 8000 points... So, instead of the "Bah, humbug!"-achievement, I should get the "HAAAAX!!"-achievement. :P

OK, tip to become a more rounded player. Play a couple of games where every turn, you keep going until you zilch. Try to get the most points before you zilch while getting a feel of how far you can push any single turn. Right after I did this, my games became much tighter. I am losing one or two turns now instead of 7 or 8.

Wow, my opponent had 10,000 points; final round. I had 6,000, but I got lucky and got two free rolls, getting 3,000 points. Just when luck was with me, it failed. I had 3,000 points and one more dice. I was hoping for another free roll, but - ZILCH - I lost....... -_____-

The computer cheats. it got a free rol with one die still left, AND i got a zilch with one die used. I realize the second one isn't cheating, but still...

I used to play a slightly different version of this game when I was a little kid. We called it Scoots. Awesome game! I think I like these rules better.
PS, just had to brag. I just won in 5 turns :D

I've noticed a pattern. Who ever wins the roll to go first wins! I really like this game, but it certainly isn't fair. When I'm at 9000+ and the game has a score around 5000, it will very often get free roll after free roll after free roll (in the same turn) and suddenly it wins.

This game is sucks. Would be good, but the CPU is cheating. 1500 points five time a raw, 6000 points in one turn, etc. My best score is 1800 points is one turn, after 1.5 hour game. One of the most annoying game ever. 1/5 (because there is no 0/5).

Is it me or does the computer just get really lucky. I was at 10900 and the computer only had 7800 when the final round started. He won.

So i had 4000pts when he had 7000, I banked over 6000 at once, and yet he bet me. "Great skill and a little luck" wtf does "a little" mean? xP

You really get to hate it, when you pwn your opponent with 9950 to -500 and
he comes back with a 15 Thisnumberdoesntevenexistillion points and beats you.

there is no skill in this game, games of chance with badges are infuriating. the last one should have been an impossible badge.

4/5 because it's really cool game but not 5/5 because if you have 3 zlitches in a row you have -500 and don't -500 on the 4th but on the 6th!

Words cannot describe my reaction when I'm at 9950 without hitting zilch and THEN I hit it. I'm sorry, but the RNG is broked.

totally cheated game. Just had 9000:-340. He makes a turn giving him 14560 points. On easy.
Happening the 6th time now. Im done. This is probaly the worst luck-game i ever seen.
