1. A real wizard would never leave the spawn closest to their wizard tower less protected than the ones further away.

The game would be better if the online save game would keep data. Having to start over every time you leave the page and come back only deserves one star no matter how good it is otherwise.

Ryan there's a MUCH easier way- Master the supermanatrap start. Then, like me, you can beat Map 78(gem bomb not wave 228 big big difference) by wave 10. PROVEN....I have a video if you'd like to see how.

78th Map strategy: Place 6 towers in various chokepoints scattered throughout the area. As you gain Mana and your first Tier 6 gem, place that in one of the towers for extra firepower to accrue more mana. Keep gaining tier 6 gems and place them in the other towers. Once you get 4 Tier 7 Gems, return game speed to 1x (Assuming you are playing at higher speed using the Fast Forward) and combine the 6 Tier Gems deployed on the map into Tier 7 Gems.

LOL....I used the skills of a level 36(175 skill points) and maxed out farm on map 78 by wave 45...I officially broke the game, as now I can build enough firepower to beat wave 228 at LEVEL 36!

Oh, & to my stalker-haters who keep D-voting my comments, here's a bit to rub it in to your jealousy: - http://i.imgur.com/JPbJUqZ.png - Yes, those are G16s on the right tower column. Yes, all the other tower gems bar the pure O & R are G13s. Yes, all those traps are maxed. Yes, that really is 32 billion score at wave 35. And yes, that is a prismatic that was formed(well 80% of it) in TWO WAVES. Beat it, sucker haters!

NEW BADGE IDEAS: Beat all 228 waves- Extremely Impossible, 120 points. Get 1 trillion points- Extremely Impossible, 120 points. Beat all 512 waves of Beyond Corruption- Insanely Hard Endurance Impossible, 500000000 points(No really it does need that many points. To beat 512 which has an estimate of 48 billion hp/monster, you need to beat 510, 508, 506, 504, etc etc. Super long endurance!)

BaronOfHate: If you only want/need/dying for the badge, get to wizard level 50-60, max red-orange masteries, and always use this strategy no matter what: Keep the G2 O & R for transmuting if needed, turn G3s into a G4 dual. Supergem the G4 with G1 O & R you get from transmuting. It will kill everything up to map 78 with ease. Map 78 will also fall to it, unless you're trying the 228 wave challenge, in which you need a LOT more, but if you only want the badge, ignore the 228 wave stuff. If you want to play because you like it, by all means continue as is, learn to make a mana farm quickly & relish smashing monsters with up to 300K damage gems.

PS: Guess 7 people hate gemcraftCh0. Haters gonna hate. S-long as they don't hack the game code to make it unplayable, I'm fine. Wave 36.3, 32 billion score, 4x G16 gem for angering 42, max farm, 220K damage, and a hell lot of awesomeness, hell yeah! As always I am a speedhack & macro virgin^_^

Since my #1 vital tip was downvoted to be hidden, I will keep reposting it, again, again, and again, because I do NOT want anyone else to go through the horrific realization I made when I searched desperately for my 300K supergem to align it. Hate if you wish for my spamming. I only want to keep others from wanting to slam their face into the wall for such stupidity. "One final tip, just because I'm a nice guy(no matter what I said) & I don't want people to rage like I did when I lost an hour of arduous handwork: Don't put all your eggs in one basket! Always spread your supergemming equally among your prismatics! Otherwise, like me, you might accidentally due to lag gem bomb a 300K max damage gem. Trust me, it HURTS when you realize what a stupid thing you did. And it's made even worse because now your hands hurt and you had nothing to show for it. So don't make that mistake, far better to gembomb a 40K gem then a 300K, or god forbid a 2 million one."

I hope that these comments will make people get amazing multipliers, because it really is hilarious seeing these giants frozen in place, unable to move, and just generating millions upon millions of mana. Downvote if you hate GC0 :) Upvote if you, like me, relish the pure overpoweredness of fully unleashed GC0 skill.

^^ Exactly what I am doing, Arcane Boss 4(red orange blue purple), at 2.014M pool, 132 giants from wave 33(40 total waves) with 25K armor & only 70K base score, they've hardly moved & haven't even been stuck to all of my traps yet. Should easily reach 40 million+ before they start to get bad. Haven't made 3 laps yet(2 were while I was setting up final farmzone). Alternative- Replace RCs with RCYs, the 1071 speed will likely make it even harder for the giants to move even a single square, because they now get shocked approximately 36% more(Dual Gem shock chance * 0.85(70% to 60% special) * 1.6 extra speed. Be warned, that this RCY can STILL do triple damage in trap(proven, seen many many times by me & other 228-wavers), so make sure the giants' armor is impenetrable.

Spam mana pool spell for a day, week, month, year, until you reach desired amount. Build a simple G11 from all gem colors available on level(don't need prismatic), supergem to armor amount + 5K, place in trap, say "Hasta la Vista Baby!" to the monsters, collect your quite-big-score-for-grade-ones thanks to mana multiplier, and hold the All time high score for max mana at end of level :)

Potential Infinite Mana hack- Do it on a level with a Giant wave near the end, preferably with R & O & if possible cyan offered on the level. Have maxed skills, save the G2s of gems not offered, to make prismatics. Build basic farm, anger, etc etc, then anger that giant wave with 36 grade 1s for 30K+ armor. Kill all the monsters before them, then instantly send the giants and all waves after, kill all the other monsters, then build a trap field of alternating between red-orange & cyan-red. Hope you have a pool of 200K by now, so you can mass produce maxed out RO & RC g10 gems.

Continuing on from last comment- "hope you are a kindred spirit who wants to help the people in this world, even by making their gaming even just a slight more fun, less frustrating...instead of one who wishes to laugh at mistakes others made because they censored someone trying to help people(really, hiding comments is censoring, it automatically places doubt in the viewers mind about the person giving help, and/or makes them pass over it, no doubt thinking it's just a rude, nasty comment). Choose to be the angel or devil, I don't care anymore. I'm done...I'll keep posting tips and such, and hate if you wish, but I've seen hundreds of people post on how to start a mana farm, so no matter what you think there ARE people who want help to do better/ascend to the next level of play. dammit....always think of something to add the moment I click "post comment"...anyway, Even if it's as simple as a computer game, consider this: By giving tips to those who might be frustrated/want help/want to avoid common ubergemcraftplay-pitfalls, I am making their gaming experience better. It's small, but every bit helps. Besides, this is better then doing nothing, and I do NOT want to represent the stereotype of teenagers(selfish brats). Thanks for reading, and hope you are a kindred spirit who wants to help the people in this world, even if as small as giving some tips to make others unleash their gemcraft potential(really, me & like 5 others can't be the only ones who have the skill to score 1 trillion points with only their hands & mouse...I'm certain more could, if they had some tips to not be discouraged by slow starts & such...)

If those are hidden then new 228-wave contenders might be upset to find out that all their hard work was lost because of a mistake they could've prevented. I thought the link i clicked would open in a new window(& I accidentally clicked it anyway, in chat) & it didn't so now my game is screwed. :( don't make that same mistake, be smarter then me :/

Seriously can someone tell me why people are downvoting and hiding comments that are not disrespectful or anything in any way, and are actually trying to HELP people get into super-uber advanced GC0 play(which is ridiculously overpowered & fun without any outside programs)? Because I don't get it. Maybe I'm stupid in internet ways. I dunno how. I guess that wanting to help people struggling with the early levels, and wanting to help people get to the "Super Gc0 Player" stage is a travesty worthy of the death penalty?

1) my comments on how to survive the early game(mostly) without losing were rated -1. 2) My explanation of how Time Siege shouldn't be used to get mega points was downvoted to um....-8. Why? All I'm doing is trying to help. 3) -9 rating, really?! For a tutorial video that shows you how to bomb the gem of eternity by wave 13, and how to score 1 billion points(1 million exp, enough to max out most skills) by wave 26.5(although the video ended before that, just continue what I was doing, building farm n angering & you'd get 1B somewhere around that)
