I love that you can pause and craft without worrying about screwing up your game if you did something wrong under pressure.

if u need more exp for this game u should just upgrade the blood thirsty gem skill to as much as you can, and make the exp multiplier screen on any blood thirst gem game double monsters, double hp, armor only, advanced armor for about ~4.34 exp bonus

the original Gemcraft TD game was the first game I played on Kongregate. I like this one even better. I like having choices about which field to pursue, and the diff ways to adjust the xp multiplier. Grafix and sound fx are sweet too. good job!

I really enjoy playing this game. I am currently the closest to completing it than ever. I especially like the hotkeys. I use them often and they can be really helpful! In many other games I have played, the hotkeys haven't been very helpful but in this game I rarely use the mouse during a level. I also quite enjoy going back to past levels and changing up the monster stats. Five stars.

LOL - The 'Final Stage Completed' badge being only worth 30 points is laughable. It is easily one of the top-ten hardest badges to invest your time in and ultimtely achieve on Kongregate. It should be a cool 100 points easy....

The game is really nice, the commands are really well made, and it has big improvements from the last GemCraft as Assassination167 pointed out. There is a major problem in my opinion, however: the game is too repetitive for its length. You have 169 levels, you have some different modes and ways to customize them. Even so, after the 50o time playing, you start to get a repetitive feeling. No new enemies or enemies habilities, no new objectives, no new powers: changing starting gem, or enemy wave order, or a little configuration in the map is not enough for 169 levels, even with the customization.
