I don't typically enjoy 'tower defense' sorts of games, but this is easily one of the best, if not the best, on all of Kongregate. Very well made 5/5

tip: if you use a poison gem in a trap and the monster dies from the poison effect, that counts as a "poison kill" and not a "trap kill"! this is important when trying to get a "# of kills with traps" amulet!

one of the best tower defense series ever, however infinite waves in premium mode only makes this game smell too much profit oriented

Gem Craft Chasing Shadows - I quit playing this game several months ago as it became too monotonous. Then earlier this month, I came across news that there was some update 1.1.x and decided to check it out. I was at WL 34xx and dropped to 30xx (I have MP). Now, after 7 endurance runs (each around 3 hours of play) so far, I am at WL 6698. And, I am enjoying the game again! Feels good to be back.

all the levels are easy, jsut think about get 3 towers 2 traps and 2 amplifiers, you could make the perfect choke points even swarm monsters cant get past

While I haven't fully mastered this game, I still think it's one of the best in both the series AND the genre. Admittedly there seems to be some levels that just require you to grind a bit more and a bit more but once you get out of the mindset of "I must beat every level on the hardest difficulty the first time" it makes that a bit easier to get through.

i bought premium on this game years ago, it looks like i need to purchase again to get premium on kong... such a great game but don't want to buy it twice

I love that you can pause and craft without worrying about screwing up your game if you did something wrong under pressure.
