Just announced: Gemcraft Chapter 2 will be released on March 17, 2014 on Armor Games. Presumably, it will come to Kongregate a couple weeks after that.

Hopefully chapter 2 will be completely free with no features costing kreds, although I would prefer the kreds option to constant ads

It won't load past 30% :\ I've been playing for abit but then for a week now it won't load past 30%.
Other games work and Gemcraft Labyrinth works on armour games but all my saves are on Kong.
Any help? ty x

Regular pcs now already have 8 GB ram. Gaming pcs now 12,16 GB ram. Great quad-core or octa-core processor, good video card, etc.

That's cool I guess, but it seems like the only time you would want it any faster than 3x is during endurance. But at that point most people's computers slow down anyway due to the huge number of monsters typically summoned.

I really want a online save option... On kongregate, ofcourse. Somehow i keep losing my cookies with the settings that you shouldn't lose them, online save is also quite easier to do instead of save transfer.

@dreiersonc make sure you have it set to where Kongregate can store memory on your computer, the same thing happened to me and I lost all of my game data.

When I went to bed last night, I was more than half-way through the game, having completed many levels. This morning, nothing! My game slots are empty!! After all those hours...:(

If I were the wizard in real life, I would place walls or a gem in the path of the monsters and go on to da next level!

Man, all my flash game data got wiped a little while back and I finally came back to this game.... Now every time I kill an apparition something goes wrong with the rest of the battle and I die! It's happened 10 times so far. It's really disheartening. /blogcomment

What is the point if no Saved Games stay behind? I reached far yesterday and today I got no saved games! Is this for real? You don't store saved progress online? Anyone knows another website that does? Thanks

This game gives me one question- why can't i block the path of a monster. i thought they purpose of the game was to keep monsters from reaching you.

Great game, but its really repetitive and will probably take me a while to complete. Although Ride of the Valkyries is an epic background song, try listening to it while playing :)

This is a really nice and fully thought through game! I like it - it's Story the graphics and the game itself.

that scary feel.. when you've been playing this game for 3 yrs off and on..
and you finally get to unlock G7 on the map.
It's a feeling that.. well hard to admit..
but it feels achieving..
