There's just something about beating an Endurance level to the max for the first time. And then there's something about beating a Max Difficulty level for the first time as well! 1337

It's a neat concept, I like that I can pause and plan and set things up as needed. Combining the gems is fun and entertaining. I like knowing I can replace or use old gems to make better gems.

I find the conditions the protagonist in this game is under very depressing.
Hes all alone, in a giant maze, just trying to get through it, with no way out but at the end, and has to fight hordes of monsters at every turn, while an ancient evil that has presumably slept forever is chasing after him, and if he fails even once, he gets killed. i dont know if thats just me, but its a strange humbling feeling.

so incredibly annoying that the gems are always firing on the ones just about to disappear in the orb and not damaging them at all...

D4 gave me serious trouble; when the shadow is almost death, it sits on top of the orb and after a couple of seconds, suddenly, instant defeat (50k mana instantly depleted). Using a guide of someone who beat the level wielded the same results at the end (in the guide the shadow would not linger on top of the orb) :( Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

The shadow should not be able to sit on top of the orb. That's not even fair. I've had to restart every other battle because of that.

Shadow pausing directly on my orb as his hp wittles to 50k is bs. Especially with nothing to indicate he's going to insta-kill at that hp.

I like it if you completed a lvl, you can get a whole new way of levels!
It's a really good idea and and there's one rule for this game i never forget:
Higher difficultie--> Higher rewards. Great game! 5/5

I love this game. It is a real chellange for Your brain. Unfortunately I got twice a problem: game wasn't saved so I had to complete it from the beginning (I use only chrome and history wasn't erased so I do not know why after 2 weeks of playing they deleted my saves). Anyway I recommend this game!

Im seriously stopping playing these game in a bottle games cos they just wipe your progress. Its happened three times in two games now.

Sometimes, when I'm playing a level on endurance, monsters will start coming out with armor levels over 1200. And it will be on wave 35 or so, before I have anything built up that can handle it. They all just march on through, not getting damaged at all. Then the next ten waves are the same, and I lose. Boo!

@thepandypandas: There is a save button. It's automatic. You actually get three saved game areas. You can leave at any time and your game will be waiting for you when you return. HOWEVER, if you clear out your Flash Cache, you'll lose all saved progress.

I just found out there is a hit point maximum on endurance mode. After 3,333,333,333 the hitpoints dont increase any more. With a level 20 gem I could basicly go on forever. There is also a limit to the mana pool when extending it becomes more expensive than you pool size. I stopped at level 650 and mana replenish x10 though.
