http://prntscr.com/jb0ygl So I've managed to finish a pylon level without actually crafting the gem, let's see what happens...

The mana farm gem got too strong and it's killing everything, here are the stats if anyone's interested... http://prntscr.com/jb0uqm

At 10,000,000,000 mana it stops showing the amount of mana you have, it just says "Mana: " with blank space after that.

In short - if you kill one more monster than you have summoned on a pylon level, then finish the level, you will get a large summon multiplier. This can go up to 50x, but even at 30x you're able to get around 600k XP.

Go to a crafting pylon level. Keep doing it as usual until you are 10 hits away from crafting the gem - take away all the gems in towers able to shoot the crafting pylon. Keep going until you're unable to kill the monsters. Start to summon monsters and remember - you need to kill EXACTLY one more monster than you have summoned - for example, if you killed 1005, summon 1004. After that get any other battle amulets if you can and finish the game by crafting the gem. This should get you a x20 summon multiplier at least, granting you over 200k XP if done properly.

I have noticed that most games that I find fun involve upgrading... either that or just upgrading stuff is satisfying

Great game. Making mazes with the walls, making OP amplifier + trap combos and overall exploring the huge map is just part of the fun. 5/5

i like the fact how the different parts in the map align making a representation of where you're heading to and how it makes it feel like it's actually a maze. Kind of makes my think that the wizard had a small way to go, but a long way to improvise.

I just can't get enough of this game! I first discovered it during the Beginner's Quest, and I just can't stop playing it! Amazing game!

The premium version was uploaded in the developer's website, gameinabottle(dot)com. You can play the premium version there for free! :)

while a cool game; it's annoying to play non-premium and see it trying to show you what you could hvae with premium every time with that locked stuff at the start of a map. I mean, if I don' twant it, I don' twant to be harassed with it constantly either. it's not too intrusive really, it just annoys me slightly.

Built a tower on it and tried to destroy it. Didn't work, I guess three is the limit for destroying buildings. Sad as I was using it as a strategy to lead the monsters to and from my towers/traps on the way to my mana pool.

I absolutely love that magic sphere on the minimap, indicating the experience multiplier you've gotten. My best is 14.8 so far :D

That's strange; after hearing all the complaints about this game having stopped working, I decided to check it out myself. I am currently running it on Firefox on a Mac, and it seems to be running fine on my end (I entered the first level to test). Maybe try another browser, or the dev fixed it somehow?

I can't seem to get past the screen, after I clock "play". There doesn't seem to be anything more to click, enter doesn't work. Maybe it's because I'm using "Opera" as my browser?

Same issue here. "This build of Gemcraft lost chapter: Labyrinth can only be played on Kongregate.com
Please visit the site to play this game."

I have been playing Gemcraft labarynth for a couple of months. Today when I clicked play it says it can only be played on Kongregate and to go to that site. What site do you think I am on?

If you don't mind long games, you can toggle double monster, armored only and +15 waves. And toggle all traits except higher armor. This gets you a 3.27 xp multiplier without making the game too much harder. Combined with the battle amulets, you can get a 5~6x multiplier on every field. Probably good enough to beat the game without too much grinding.
